this is the spot you enter to walk onto the sandbar that boaters avoid at the south end of the Osoyoos Lake. if you have never been here before, i highly recommend it.

Lakeside hike down the street from Hidden Gem. Haynes Point sits on a pencil of land jutting into Osoyoos Lake. On one side you can see Canada and on the other side the USA. The park also has 80 metres of boardwalk and a viewing platform over looking a natural marsh.
