This bar is on the rooftop of the shopping center, just opposite St. Paul's cathedral. I recommend going there just to see the view. You don't have to order anything as the bar is just part of the rooftop, the rest belongs to the shopping mall.

On the top of the shopping Mall, you will find this roof-top bar with a very nice view over London. You can just go on the top to see the view, but their wine are pretty good and good price.

Madison near St Pauls is an amazing please for food or if you want drinks only. Take the lift to the Top Floor and you can see amazing views of London. This should be on top of you list of things to do
