Once a food truck, now a brick and mortar establishment, Quiero Arepas is serving up authentic Venezuelan food. Their menu is also 100% gluten free.

This restaurant, one of many in the Avanti food incubator (a cool space featuring restaurants looking to test their business models, as well as upstairs and downstairs bars), offers arepas, a sandwich-like pocket made from unleavened corn flour, and stuffed with a ton of flavor. Shredded beef, cheese, black beans, and plantains. Unbelievably tasty.
