This is our closest beach, there’s lots of parking in nearby streets or you might strike lucky and get a spot down at the lagoon. Great playground, cafe and water sports and quiet end of beach. Low tide there’s sand!

Hove Lagoon is a public park that features a boating lake about 200m long and 100m wide set in grassland right next to the Brighton and Hove seafront with direct access to the beach. The park is open all the time but the individual business with it have varying hours.

Hove Lagoon - Marks the western end of the promenade. The Lagoon area has trainee windsurfing, skateboarding, childrens’ play area and a good café. It takes about 30 minutes to walk there from here, hour round trip.

They also offer other water sports to include SUP Yoga, Kayaking, Windsurfing etc. They also offer at Brighton Marina hire for Jet Skis, Powerboating, Yacht Sailing and Sailing.
