Local health food shop and grocers with great selection of organic food, fresh fruit & veg, fresh artisian bread, chilled frozen food, whole foods & toiletries. Lovely staff too! On Richardson Road, 10 minute walk from here.

Excellent Flint owl Bakery bread, (great sourdough) Fresh local produce. Great shop for food.
