Located on the southern tip of Quadra Island the seemingly tranquil spot is the southern enterance into discovery passage just a few miles north lie the dreaded Seymour Narrows which George Seymour described as "ONE OF THE VILEST STRETCHES OF WATER IN THE WORLD". Watch the ships pass on there way though to Alaska.

If you want to see all of Quadra its best to start on the "south end" the lighthouse has a nice little place to pull over and relax and explore. Tsa Kwa Luten lodge is very close and recommend popping in for breakfast, lunch or dinner during the summer months.
