Ristoratore sardo (sig. Carlo Sanna) trapiantato in Salento da molti anni. Essenzialmente a base di pesce; piatti gustosissimi, portate abbondanti ed ottima qualità del cibo. Il prezzo è alto ma il servizio ed i piatti sono all' altezza.
