Walk to this local sandwich shop from the townhome, just walk out the gate located next to the pool. Enjoy your meal inside the shop, or sit in the outdoor patio.

A must visit! This restaurant is walkable from the townhouse. Access is available through the community pool gate (puts you right in the parking lot). So many great sandwich options and a full bar available. Grab food to go and eat it at the beach or by the pool!

If you're out on the Island and have spent the day at the beach, be sure to stop by Surfside Sandwich Shoppe. There's limited indoor seating and some outdoor, but we usually get it to go and eat it at the beach. Phenomenal sandwiches!
