Middlebury. (In Marble Works) Sandwiches to dream about later. Folks go nuts about this place! I am not sure if they are letting you sit inside now, so be prepared to take your food to go. In nice weather, sit right outside and gaze at the falls.

Middlebury- Huge sandwiches and salads! A big variety of sandwiches. Their lobster bisque is particularly good!

Noonie's is an institution. Get amazing sandwiches with local ingredients. Nice outdoor dining area overlooking Otter Creek Falls in downtown Middlebury. Great for take out.

Best and biggest sandwiches we've ever had. The salads are big enough to feed you for several meals so share. Actually, share the sandwich too or have several meals for the price of one.
