The vacation rental is located in Prora (near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz). The apartment is about 42 m² and is suitable for a maximum of a family with an older child or a toddler or max. 3 adults. A bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bathroom with tub are provided. Parking space for car in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with grill. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. Partial modernization took place in the fall of 2017 as well as in the fall of 2018 and 2020.

Villa Fernsicht apartment No. 4 with sea view- 50m²

Apartment no. 4 (50m²) in the villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is a 2-minute walk via the private path. The National Park and harbour are a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has a living-sleep, a separate kitchen and a daylight bathroom with shower. Highlights are the closed eastern balcony with a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the old town as well as the open western balcony overlooking the pier.

3. COTTAGE an der Danish Wieck

The former Tagelöhnerkate was lovingly renovated in 2019. The old and cozy character of the house could be preserved and so this object impresses with its framework, the largely preserved bricks and its thatched roof. The house can ideally accommodate 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more people in the living room is possible. If this is not enough, the neighbouring houses (4 adults + 2 children & 2 adults + dog).

Sunflower Bungalow

In our rustic, natural and idyllic garden, there are 2 small bungalow apartments "Sanddorn" and "sunflower", where you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in a small fishing village on the water. The small apartments can accommodate 2 persons persons and are located on our invisible courtyard. A Finnish wood-burning stove sauna (25€) can also be booked additionally.

A well behaved dog is allowed (cleaning +25 euros on site).
