From the outset, communication with Evan was seamless—he was prompt, welcoming, and provided insightful local recommendations that made booking with him feel effortless. The apartment is a gem—a charming loft full of character. Its location is ideal: just off a main road, a short walk to the Metro, and not far from the lively backstreets filled with fantastic bars and restaurants. Since it was spring, the area came alive in the evenings, creating an amazing atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the Sunday markets nearby, and there are a couple of small supermarkets close for anything you might need. For first-time visitors to Paris like myself, I highly recommend downloading the Metro app—it’s the easiest way to purchase and store tickets on your iPhone. Getting around the city was effortless, with the Metro providing quick access to all the major attractions. If you're looking for a unique, spotless, and well-equipped place with real personality, Evan’s apartment is the perfect choice.

We had a wonderful stay at Eduardo’s place! It’s very conveniently located to shops, restaurants, and Ghent’s historical sites. The place was very clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend!

A very good starting point, nothing more is needed. Small bathroom, standard in Paris, small shower so people over 110kg may have a problem. Warning! Very hot water. And so it's okay. Sleep, shower and explore. Paris is beautiful.

Great Location Eliav is an amazing host. Always proactive and available for any questions. Location is in prime areas in Paris with metro system all close to the location. Also very walkable to also all attractions in the city. Perfect Sky view of the city. Top roof view with glass open windows Amazing lighting!!! Overall It’s a hidden gem with all the professionalism provided.

Perfect place to visit surroundings. Apartment perfectly suited for people with reduced mobility and wheelchairs. Despite the Tramway which is nearby, no vibration, and despite the people who go there, very intimate still due to the window treated like a mirror. Very funny in the morning, to see people retouching their hair, checking their makeup and without them seeing us! I woulddefinitely recommend this apartment.

Great accommodation in beautiful surroundings. We were on a bike trip and it was easy to park the bikes in the shed connected to the house. The cherries from the tree were tasty!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful setting We stayed three days in this beautiful house in Langemark-Poelkappelle, near Ypres, as a base for a cycling weekend with friends in the Heuvelland. The house exceeded our expectations: very nicely decorated, very clean and equipped with all comforts. The beds were excellent and the bathrooms were modern and spacious. The host was friendly and helpful, and we were personally greeted, which immediately gave a warm welcome. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail. We have enjoyed our stay very much and highly recommend this place. A perfect base for those who love cycling, nature and comfort. We would love to come back here again!

We stayed for one night. I like the place and also the location in general. Everything was squeaky clean (and we did hoover and clean kitchen and living room before leaving and brought out trash from all waste-paper baskets as required). It is spacey and well lit, two storeys (with sleeping quarters upstairs). High ceilings and a huge fireplace are a plus. There are only three minor quirks: The place is right opposite to a train station. In the morning, from 5am trains hollered several times before passing. You don't need an alarm clock, given you want to be awake at 5am. The other thing is a 70€ cleaning fee regardless of the duration of the stay and the number of people. We were only two persons, staying only one night (and quite cleanly, leaving everything as nice as we found it). We would have loved to use the furnace, but this is restricted to Henk's burning material and we got no answer on pour request to buy some from him. What a beautiful and cozy house with garden and in such a quiet place. The birds chirped cheerfully in the garden. Christiane and Luc were waiting for us, even though we were a little later than planned and they had heated the jacuzzi especially for our arrival. The whole house was shown extensively and everything was explained. The house was an ok with all comforts! Everything was thought of! The jeu de boule in the garden is also very fun and you can also sit outside. Also nice that there are a few games in the house and hiking maps. Christiane and Luc are very hospitable and are very willing to come by to help with something if needed! We'd love to come back!

This is the third year in a row that we have stayed in this house for an extended weekend. Like every year, the house was in perfect order, and Linda & Peter were always ready to help us. We will definitely come back!

Colette was very kind, showing us what could be done in Bruges with maps, a book about its history, etc. The house was very well located and the room and bathroom were great.

Well located right on the beach, the view is beautiful. The kitchen is well-equipped, there are plenty of dishes available. Mieke's instructions were very detailed and clear.

Lovely and spacious place at an amazing and lively location full of bars and restaurants. The place itself is very quiet because it’s inside a yard and it’s well protected from the noisy streets. Agnes was very welcoming and helpful. We did a late check in and were able to leave our suitcases longer after the checkout which really improved our last day of the stay. Un grand merci

We loved our weekend in Limburg in ‘den Hooyzolder’. Paul & Diantha are incredibly welcoming and have a lot of knowledge of the area they'd love to share with their guests. The farm has a beautiful large garden where fruits can be picked. Rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated. Also the sofa bed is very comfortable. Highly recommended !

A great option if travelling to explore Paris. Local train station at the end of the street and fantastic dining options in the street and nearby
