The fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, 3 bedrooms (first floor/attic) and a cozy living room invite you to linger. In addition to a modern bathroom (first floor) with shower, tub, underfloor heating and hairdryer, a separate toilet (attic floor) is also available. For the little ones, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, playhouse with slide and a playground are available in the garden.

Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. The first floor can accommodate 4 people. A large bed is located in the bedroom, including TV and a bunk bed in a separate room incl. dining table. Upstairs is a large bed, as well as 3 single beds and can accommodate 5 people. In a separate room, there is a large, very well-equipped kitchen, including dining table. The bathroom is located on the first floor and includes a washing machine. As a welcome, you will receive a few fresh eggs from our own hens.

In unserer mit Liebe sanierten und eingerichteten Gästesuite am Waldrand kommst Du zur Ruhe. Hier ist der richtige Ort zum Lesen, Schreiben, Meditieren, Kochen, zum Sternegucken, Pilzesammeln (Dörrautomat vorhanden) Hühnerfüttern, für Lagerfeuer, Waldspaziergänge und Tierbeobachtungen. Wer eine Zeit lang abschalten und die Natur genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Der Ort eignet sich auch gut für etwas längere Auszeiten, etwa um ein Buch zu schreiben.

Auf zwei Etagen und einer großzügigen Dachterrasse mit Loungemöbeln lassen sich erholsame Stunden allein oder zu zweit verbringen. Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. Im Winter punktet die Ferienwohnung durch einen Panorama-Kamin.

On the ground floor there is either a large double bed or two single beds. A staircase can be reached by the slightly lower sleeping floor with another two single beds. A high-quality bathroom and a kitchenette equipped with the most necessary make this great tiny house an absolute feel-good place.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Old Railway Guard House

The old building has been renovated with a lot of care and attention to detail and offers all the amenities you need to feel comfortable on about 60 square meters. Sustainable and natural materials were used and, for example, the field stone construction method has also remained an eye-catcher inside. The secluded location of the house gives a wide view over the surrounding meadows, where sheep and goats graze.
