Great apartment above the roofs of Thessaloniki. Everything was as described and we enjoyed the week very much and especially used the spacious roof terrace a lot. The host was very friendly and helpful (e.g. good restaurant tips) and always responded very quickly. We can definitely recommend the apartment.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! The space was comfortable, and spotless. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the balcony. What really stood out to us , was the host. They were incredibly helpful and proactive, sending clear and thoughtful messages and making sure we knew they were available at any time if we needed anything. It made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. We can’t wait to come back again in the future. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free stay!

Meine beste Freundin und ich, haben die vergangene Woche 4 Tage bei Sofia verbracht. Das Appartement war einfach fantastisch! Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen – alles war modern, hochwertig und durchdacht. Von Hygieneartikeln bis Kaffee musste man sich um nichts Gedanken machen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, die wirklich makellos war. Das Willkommenspaket war eine tolle Geste über die wir uns sehr freuten und machte den Aufenthalt gleich noch angenehmer. Der Ausblick war einfach atemberaubend – ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Das einzige Problem: Es war so schön, dass wir überlegten dieses Appartement 4 Tage gar nicht zu verlassen und uns essen zu bestellen! Alles in allem eine absolute Empfehlung! Die Gastgeberin war zudem unglaublich nett und aufmerksam, sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und stand jederzeit mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Verfügung. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung , die super zentral am weißen Turm liegt. Von Vorteil sind die Vorhänge und Rolläden, obwohl wir bei unserem Aufenthalt zum Glück keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung hatten, dass bei dem heißen Thessaloniki sehr zum Vorteil ist. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Im übrigen gibt natürlich auch eine Klimaanlage. Und Παυλος ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und er möchte jeden Wunsch erfüllen. 🥰

Diese Unterkunft war die bisher beste, die wir in Thessaloniki genutzt haben. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und der Blick auf den sich ständig anders präsentierenden Thermaischen Golf war einzigartig. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und für Familien oder auch zwei zusammen reisende Paare geeignet. Alle notwendigen Haushaltsgegenstände sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, sowohl an elektrischen Geräten als auch an Utensilien. Angenehm ist, dass die Einrichtung von guter Qualität und simpel gehalten ist. Die Betten sind bequem und die Matratzen ebenfalls von guter Qualität. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock und der Balkon geht auf die an der Paralia verlaufende Hauptstraße hinaus, so dass man den Straßenlärm mitbekommt. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern wird dieser aber zu einem Hintergrundgeräusch reduziert. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar, obwohl wir über die Osterfeiertage angereist waren. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Konstantino's Condo was absolutely stunning! The view was breathtaking and the place immaculate with meticulous attention to details. You felt like you were in a 5-star establishment from the moment you stepped into the apartment with the classic, high-end furnishings and fixtures, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, robes, slippers, bathroom supplies, kitchen appliances/utensils, and complimentary wine. Located right on the water, you are in walking distance to a well-stocked grocery store, restaurants, shopping, the White Tower (with pick up for hop-on hop-off bus tours). Communication was excellent with immediate responses during booking and during my stay. Konstantino was extremely kind and allowed me to store my suitcase for early arrival and late departure. Can't say enough good things...100% perfect!

Overall, everything was great and we had an amazing time! The view of the sea from the window was absolutely stunning, and the apartment was very clean and spacious. We needed some help figuring out how to use the stove, and the host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place!

The noise from the street and from the neighbours could be heard but if you have earbuds or doesn’t mind everything else is great. The host answered quickly and apartment had everything you could possibly need.

Maria war eine äußerst liebenswerte, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Gastgeberin. Das Appartement ist hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Umgebungeinzigartig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank liebe Maria!

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. Konumu çok iyiydi, yürüyerek Selanik merkezi gezmek için çok ideal. Ücretli otoparka yakın. Genel olarak konut yeterliydi. Tavsiye ederim, tekrar gelirsem yine burada kalabilirim

Great apartment, in a very walkable location in the city. Tbe check-in instructions were clear and easy to read, and Simos was very responsive to any questions we had. Recommended for anyone looking for a place to stay in Thessaloniki!

I had a great stay here, the instructions of Paraskevi were excellent so that it was easy to find and get in. She was also proactive in giving me all the necessary details and giving me a welcoming stay. The place is beautiful: small, but cozy with all the necessary amenities, a big bed and an amazing balcony from which you can see the surrounding city and Mt Olympus (bis plus!). The location is also within walking distance to other sides and the sea front and also reachable by bus from the airport. It was a lovely stay and I would book it again.

Bir evde olması gereken herşey vardı. Türk kahvesine kadar düşünülmüş, herşey özenle hazırlanmıştı. Girdiğimizde gayet temizdi ev. konum olarak harikaydı, gitmek istediğimiz her yere kolaylıkla buradan ulaşabildik.

Dimitri's place was clean and as displayed on AirBnb. Lots of extra attention (water bottles, beers, chocolate, etc) were well appreciated. Easy check-in thanks to the lockbox.

Magnifique studio avec très belle vue. Lit très confortable, malgré qu’il s’agisse d’un canapé-lit ce fut beaucoup plus confortable que le lit de certains hôtels. La cuisine est petite mais suffisante pour un court séjour ou pour une cuisine simple. Le quartier est festif mais les fenêtres isolent relativement bien du bruits. L’hôte est très sympathique et réagit très rapidement. Je recommande fortement.

Eleni’s home was absolutely everything one could wish for… tasteful, lovely, and loaded with classic Greek hospitality! It is perfectly central to some of the very best spots in Thessaloniki. And it is a peaceful and restful haven to return to after full days and nights of exploration and enjoyment of such a warm people and welcoming city. I would be absolutely delighted to come and stay in this space again! A week was just not enough…. Σασ ευχαριστώ πολύ

Vrlo interesantan i lep stan na odlicnoj lokaciji, sa vrlo lepom terasom. Domacin Elena je ljubazna i uvek na raspolaganju da odgovori na sva pitanja.

We were a family of 5 and it was a perfect space for us. We could easily walk to restaurants & shops. Clean & quiet . Loved having a balcony !
