Well presented and easy to get to, easy access to waterfront and various activities. Olivier left a folder of handy hints and places etc. Great for adult families, secure enough for younger children. First overseas place I have been comfortable enough to not worry about anything going out anytime of the day or night. We all had a fabulous week. Thanks Olivier.

Pascal war immer sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat uns kostenlos am Flughafen abgeholt mit seinem Amerikanischen Oldtimer. Auch hat er uns mit seinem Mercedes Cabrio zur Motorrad Verleih gefahren. Seine Liegenschaft ist wie ein Museum und sogar nach 7 Tagen haben wir noch neue Sachen entdeckt. Beim Grundstück ist alles offen und das man rauchen kann hat uns sehr zugesagt. Wir können es nur empfehlen und werden vermutlich wieder mal zu ihm gehen. Danke nochmals für alles Pascal und hoffen bis bald☺️☺️

Wir haben uns kurzfristig entschlossen, für eine Woche eine Bleibe zu suchen und hier sind wir fündig geworden, ein kleines Schmuckstück auf einem Hang gelegen, mit einem tollen Blick auf Kata Beach. Jean-Michel hat uns gleich einen Kontakt zu der Verwalterin Eve hergestellt, die uns vor Ort sehr freundlich empfangen hat. Beim öffnen der Wohnungstür raubt es einem den Atem, der Blick ist traumhaft, der Sonnenuntergang noch viel schöner. die Wohnung ist offen, hell und freundlich gestaltet. Die Schiebetüren zur Terrasse können komplett geöffnet werden. Man fühlt sich gleich heimisch. Die Aussicht vom Whirlpool am späten Nachmittag mit einem Glas Wein ist fantastisch und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Pool oberhalb des Fitnessstudio ist unglaublich schön angelegt, mit einem wundervollen Blick auf die Andamansee und den Sonnenuntergang . Wer kein Auto hat, fährt einfach Bolt, das klappt immer. Alles in Allem eine traumhafte Unterkunft, wir kommen gerne wieder! Merci beaucoup, Jean-Michel

Catherine’s place was amazing! It was definitely worth every cent she really puts a lot of love into her home. She was very responsive days before our check-in she made sure that it was smooth. She let us know about Songkran which was our first time experiencing and you have to come to Thailand to experts yourself. She told us where the nearest places were for confident snacks, pharmacy, and more. She was very nice & security is always at the gate which is a plus but it wouldn’t have mattered because it was quite locals are around you and it’s places you can walk to if you enjoy walking which we did. She was also so kind in being flexible in our payment for utilities because we had to leave early for our flight. Make sure you book with her & I would come back a million times. Go visit the elephant sanctuaries, zip line, eat amazing local food. See all the greatness Thailand will offer you! Thanks again & see you next year for Songkran.

Bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten war alles wie erhofft. Der Ansprechpartner für alles rund ums Haus Ivan war immer erreichbar und leistete sofort Hilfe und Unterstützung. Geschäfte und Restaurants waren gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich kann die Unterkunft guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Villa is not quite new, I would estimate somewhat 10~15 years old. Yet in a perfect condition. Staff is instant response and professional, no delays, no nervous things. Location and view is superior on top of the hill, exceeding those on top floor of tallest Patong hotels. Beach is somewhat 7 minutes walk. 24/7 free tuc-tuc included to/from the gate, and it takes about 2 mins. Villa is definitely expensive, but worthy. Keep up good job guys, thank you 👍

Had the best experience staying at this Airbnb. It is spacious with the most perfect outdoor space. The large pool was refreshing and the perfect temperature. Peter was an excellent host and extremely responsive and helpful. He helped arrange a chef to cook for us during our stay and the food was delicious. Very accommodating host. The villa is very spacious and looks even better in person. I would 100% recommend this villa to friends interested in traveling to Phuket.

Beautiful condo unit with direct access to the pool which our son loved. Our host was super lovely and welcoming, by far one of the best air bnb hosts we have had. We have been coming to this condo location for the past 10 years now, it’s one of a kind in Phuket. Quiet location away from any let’s say usual ‘crowds’, right on the quiet beach, near all the 5* resorts for meal time treats. Get a car or a bike to explore the mainland to give you freedom to explore. Will be back! Thank you! ✨

Super schönes Haus mit tollen Pool und Blick über die ganze Stadt Patong. Es ist oben auf dem Berg gelegen direkt an einem Hang. Dadurch hat man viel Privatsphäre und ist ungestört. Von der Lage her sollte man wissen das es viele Stufen gibt und das Haus nur über einen sehr steilen Weg erreichbar ist, her braucht man entweder einen Roller oder ein Taxi. Die Putzfrau kommt jeden Tag wie verabredet und putzt die und die Küche. Wir können das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen

Katrina was a wonderful host. Due to torrential rains and flooding in Phuket on the day of our arrival, the house we had originally booked was sadly flooded. Katrina organized for us to have a different (larger) house in approx the same area, and for the same price. We are grateful for her organizing! We have all really enjoyed our stay, and the kids (age 9 to 17) really enjoyed the pool. Luck, the property manager, was sweet and helpful, and we had all we needed. Thanks!

The unit was amazing! I can't speak highly enough of how impressive it was. We were less than 50m from the ocean. The entire complex was beautifully set out with swimming pools the length of the complex. The unit had two master bedrooms as well as a third separate bathroom. Vevee also had every imaginable accessory for the guests included in the unit. There is also a regular shuttle from reception to the local shops (Turtle Village) which had everything you would want. We will definitely go back again.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa. Unser Highlight war der Pool und der schöne Außenbereich, wo wir jeden Tag gerne viele Stunden verbrachten. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet, das Zimmer im EG war etwas kleiner als die oberen beiden Schlafzimmer, aber nicht hellhörig und dennoch privat. Die Kommunikation mit Air war schnell und unkompliziert. An einem Tag gab es Probleme mit den Toiletten, woraufhin sie sehr schnell mit Handwerkern kam, um das Problem zu lösen. Sie gab uns außerdem Tipps für Ausflüge und war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb des Geschehens, daher waren wir froh, dass wir Roller gemietet hatten (über Air vermittelt bekommen). Es war wirklich schön- danke für eine unvergessliche Zeit in eurer Villa!

ทุกอย่างตรงตามรูป ฉันคิดว่าที่พักนี้มีที่ตั้งที่ดีมากซึ้งตั้งอยู่ตรงกลางระหว่าง2โรงพยาบาล นั้นแปลว่าจะมีร้านอาหารท้องถิ่นที่ราคาถูกมากมาย ในวันศุกร์เย็นจะมีตลาดเล็กๆที่โรงพยาบาลกรุงเทพ บริเวณที่พักมีร้านสะดวกซื้อที่สามารถเดินได้ ที่พักจะใกล้กับห้างเซนทรัลแค่ 7-10 นาทีถ้าขี่มอไซไปคือสะดวกมาก และห่างจากห้างโลตัสแค่ 5-7 นาทีเช่นกัน ฉันชอบมากเพราะสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกรายล้อมทุกด้าน แต่หากใครที่มาพักด้วยกัน2คน และมีกิจวัตรประจำวันที่ค่อนข้างแตกต่างกันเช่นคนนึงอยากไปทำกิจกรรมข้างนอกอีกคนยังนอนอยู่ จะมีความไม่สะดวกเล็กน้อยเพราะห้องจะใช้ระบบคีการ์ดในการเปิดประตูห้อง,เปิดไฟฟ้าในห้องและขึ้นลงลิฟต์ นั้นหมายความว่าหากAต้องการไปข้างนอกโดยที่Bอยากอยู่ในห้องจำเป็นต้องให้Bลงไปส่งAที่ล๊อบบี้ด้านล่าง แต่เรื่องนี้จะไม่ใช่ปัญหาหากAและBเข้าใจกันทั้งนี้ระบบคีการ์ดยังช่วยประหยัดไฟ หากเราออกไปข้างนอกเพราะมันจะปิดอัตโนมัติ เจ้าของที่พักรับโทรศัพท์รวดเร็วมาก

The house was absolutely amazing with a relaxing ambiance, pictures do not do this place justice. We loved spending time outside by the pool and in the garden watching the wildlife. The house is situated in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood away from noise, we liked the privacy. Inside the clean living area is spacious with a huge spotless kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive allowing flexible check in/out times . The house is perfect for a family vacation or a couple looking for a quiet place with privacy.

Absolutely perfect - gated community private car port, beautiful roof terrace , gardens and pool . Villa was perfect and in a perfect area for many shops , restaurants & bars and Bang Tao beach . Couldn’t suggest any way to make it better and highly recommend staying there . Thankyou Frank

Der Aufenthalt war super! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeber:in war sehr freundlich und gut erreichbar. Die Lage war perfekt – ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen

Laurent‘s place was even better than in the photos and he as a host was very responsive. The place was clean, has everything that you need for vacation. The outside pool is really big with very clean water. The area is quiet and I recommend it if you are looking for a peacefull vacation. Will definitely come back!
