Great condo with an amazing view and swimming pool

Nice hotel, 3 minutes to the beach, there are many restaurants and shops nearby where you can buy all the little things.

A good place located close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and food markets. Also conveniently placed for pickup for many of the day trips from Phuket to the other islands.

The front desk lady is super awesome. When we had some problems, we called the landlord. The landlord's attitude was very impatient. Then we hung up our phone directly, but the front desk was super awesome. We were very satisfied.

Lovely hospitality in a clean and tidy complex with amazing location

Great hotel, everything corresponds to 4 stars. Spotlessly clean pool, no mosquitoes, great staff attitude, great breakfasts (you need to ask for an omelette or pancakes). I recommend the Family rooms, very spacious with the kitchen, my child of 1.5 years old was very comfortable, the room is perfect, everything is new. Very quiet. There is a hospital nearby, very convenient. Near Tesco and 7eleven, we went to eat every day.

Sumruay is a very, very kind and cordial person, he responds quickly and is always willing to provide his support. Excellent accommodation, very close to Karon beach, shops, and very quiet. Transportation to the door to go to Phuket Old City and other beaches.

It was a wonderful stay for 5 days, everything was clean, they clean the room every day. The swimming pool is amazing. The view from the small apartment is very beautiful. Thank you.

Stayed there for the night as the next day flight to Malaysia. Would come back, very great, green garden and a swimming pool. Staff very nice, including airport shuttle in the morning at 5:50! to the airport.

This was the last minute booking and no regrets. Thomas, and his team were very professional and welcoming. The best part about the listing is it's close proximity to Patong beach and Bangla road, only 1 min walk. The neighborhood is amazing and peaceful. Thomas runs his German restaurant on the ground floor and the vibe is super chill. Everything was amazing about this BnB. Safe and Secure. I will definitely visit again. Highly recommended 💯

Good place not close to beach tho.. closer to old Phuket Town

For the price you pay, it was more than worth it. Dan was very friendly and the cleaning lady also.

We absolutely loved it here. Sayfon is the most patient and friendly host, she helped us with every question or issue we had and even let us check out late. The room was spacious, comfy and was even cleaned during our stay, although we only stayed for two nights. The hostel is right next to the night market and within walking distance to Kata beach, with lots of restaurants and bars close by, and still you couldn’t hear any outside noise inside the room. We would come back anytime!

Absolutely gorgeous 5 day getaway stay, the Lodge was exactly as described, an urban farm haha. Simple, sustainable, quiet and friendly. Good AC in the room, and good wifi in the restaurant area, I worked there for an entire day just dipping in and out of the pool. Easy checkin and checkout, and the Skoot scooter app they recommended was great as well. Would definitely recommend getting a motorbike because otherwise it’s a bit far to Patong, big Buddha and any of the beaches. (Also the bikes on those mountain roads are just hella fun.) I also loved that it was a sustainable setup as well, not using much energy at all and using rainwater as a water source. Overall a fantastic, good value stay. Great vibes :) thanks !

Fist off all I want to staff by saying the Staff at be live residence are fantastic and treat you like family.. very accommodating example. I needed a rack to dry all my clothing and they delivered one to my door for me along with hangers I also reached out for a squeegee for water in bathroom floors and one was provided that day cannot express enough how great staff are here. Pricing is very fair the rooms provide a great balanced all around spot for a vacation, a great area if you wanted to use the location for a basecamp for getting a taste off all Phuket has to offer besides your typical touristy areas. Great location, cheap price, comfortable room, and friendly hosts. Kata beach is beautiful, you can see lots of fish if you go snorkelling there. Only about 30 mins drive from many other interesting locations around Phuket. Highly recommend 👍

I stayed in Pim's room for 1 month. The room has been cleaned extremely clean on request. I liked the quiet location, no street noise. Nevertheless, everything can be reached quickly. Pim is very friendly and helpful at all times. I would book a room with her again.
