A perfect short break in lovely accommodation close to the sea. We would almost certainly return if visiting the area again.

Lovely apartment. Everything we needed. Comfortable. Loved the balcony as it gave an unhindered outlook to the bay, which we love and have visited for many years. Daughter and family in flat below so gave us a lovely family holiday. Lovely Sunday lunch at the Albion though need to make sure you have the Sunday roast menu which they forgot to give us!! This property and the host Charles were absolutely outstanding. Frankly the photos do not do it justice. It was absolutely perfect. We’ve stayed in a number of coastal properties similar to this. This is by far away the best. We could not recommend it more highly.

We had a fabulous time and stay, really lovely place,. Enjoyed being able to cook and our host was so thoughtful with tea, coffee etc even some cooking oil which we’d forgotten! Lots of tips on places to go The property is lovely decorated and in a fabulous area

Lovely clean apartment, would go again. Great view over back garden to the sea. Old world style, very comfortable. Photos show it as it actually is. We loved it. Harry explained every thing to us on arrival and gave us the tour. Parking on site, a bonus.

Great place to stay but a lot of steps up to the apartment. Great view of the Spinnaker tower. Short ferry ride to Gunwharf quay. If you want to drive in to Portsmouth it will probably take at least 35 mins or longer.

A lovely quiet and comfortable place Karen was a wonderful host and the finishing touches were appreciated. karwn kept in touch and was fkexible in terms of check in and out. Tasteful decor and comfortable bed . I fully recommend this property and host.

Working in Portsmouth a few days a week currently - and this lotto find was perfect! Nice space to work & relax in, literally a 2 minute walk from the train station - and even closer to the shops and supermarket! Oh - and a seriously seriously comfy bed! I will most definitely be back!

Fabulous stay. Close to bus stop and walkable to train station (if you don’t have luggage). We especially loved the balcony and marina view. Note that the unit is not air conditioned - there is a large fan that helped air circulation during a warm spell.

Just back from a lovely couple of nights stay in Ryde, perfect location, close to shops, beach etc. Apartment was lovely, balcony a bonus, especially as we were lucky enough to have nice weather! Would recommend and would stay here again. Thank you

Ellis's apartment was clean and comfortable. The off-road parking was a useful bonus. The area was quiet, yet close to bars and restaurants. The information pack was helpful.

A fantastic place to stay, great location with stunning views . Very peaceful location and great having a parking space outside the apartment. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and good quality linen and towels. The welcome pack was very well received. We will definitely stay here again , only 10mins walk to Cowes centre .

Incredible location, especially if you are a sailor. Constant parade of vessels heading out to the Solent all visible from the patio. Only a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and shops. A delightful small town. Not inexpensive but a very nice apartment with easy parking and entry. Would definitely stay here again.

Pamela, is a great host met us at property and showed us around, lovely postion in Old Portsmouth close to all areas. We loved watching the shipping movements from the lounge, would use again if still available having use of the garage was great.

Very nice place to stay. And close to Bournemouth beach and the is very helpful. I recommend with trust this studio for a short break.

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

Great location, easy check in and perfect for a short stay

It is pretty expensive as stays go but is a great location right by the beach, plus it was half term. The flat was clean and really well presented and v spacious! There was an issue with the sky/tv when we arrived and it was sorted really quickly and Jonathan was v helpful. We had a lovely couple of days.

We had a lovely stay , great welcome when we arrived . Was our anniversary and they very kindly left us a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us . The place was lovely and clean and had everything we needed . Had a beautiful garden that we had full use of and the hot tub . We loved our stay 😀😀
