Laughing Kookaburras can be heard regularly and you will be surrounded by other bird species including the splendid fairy wrens and grey fantails. Resident koalas can be heard calling and occasionally come around the house (Usually after dark). Full of character, part of this house is of a historical nature and was built in the late 1800’s.
