All the basics you need, bed, chair, table, kitchen, bathroom and then your own outside eating area and bath on the deck under the veranda. Nearest town is Winton 12 mins away , with supermarket and a choice of places to eat at or get a takeaway. A base for mountains, lakes or beach 2 hr from Queenstown, 45 min from Invercargill, 1hr 10 mins from Te Anau, 35 min Riverton beach.

You're only a five-minute walk from Windsor shopping centre which has a New World supermarket, pharmacy, boutique stores, bank, Pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, with the beautiful Queens Park a ten-minute walk away. The newly revamped city centre is a ten-minute drive away. Please note the guesthouse is beside our garage (which we use).

The hot tub will be filled with fresh water and heated on request. There are several outstanding cafes locally along with the beautiful Clutha Gold Cycle trail. The Millers Flat Tavern is open for meals Pinders Pond is a local swimming attraction. Highland Bike hire in Roxburgh has ebikes for hire.
