Beachfront holiday rentals in The Bight Settlement

We had an amazing two nights stay. Booked the luxury 1 King bedroom suite with ocean/garden view and it was excellent! The pools were excellent and the beach was clean and easily accessible. Freshly prepared complementary breakfast was an added treat. It was truly a value for the money. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fabulous location!! The size of the condo was huge and perfect for our family of four!! We loved having a pool onsite and beautiful balcony to eat breakfast on each morning. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of things to cook with. The only thing missing were trash bags and maybe a few kitchen staples like salt/pepper, cooking oil, etc. Otherwise, we have no complaints at all about our stay!!

Had a fun time in Turks at Stanley’s place! It’s about 20 minutes from the resort area which was perfect for us! Close to more secluded quiet beaches. Would recommend to people that want to be away from the resorts but still within easy driving distance for dinner and drinks there.

I have been couple of times before this trip in Turks ! It’s the first time I chose to book an Airbnb and I don’t regret it for 1s, it was the best choice to really discover the island in a different way! Thanks to Sherry, she’s a super host and full of advices and tips to get the best experience of the island. Very helpful person and always available to help. Very reactive when you need anything. Her house is lovely with everything you need, the area is quite and private. I enjoyed my time there and I will be back. Thanks again for everything

We really liked the location and the condo was very clean. We went to Grace Bay beach one day and found it to be too many people. Carl was very responsive. The Yacht Club was close to Smith’s Reef, which is awesome for snorkeling/swimming. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a quick access to the beach, as gated mansion blocked the beach access. We had a car, so it wasn’t a big deal for us to park at the smith’s reef access, but if you are planning on walking from the yacht club to the beach, it may be a long walk. Pool was nice and almost never anyone there and we went during spring break. We really liked the 2 restaurants - Shark Bite and Mango Reef. We went to Hemingways, which was good, but we liked shark bite and mango reef better. Overall, I would recommend Carl’s place.

The Dolphin house was the perfect place to host to accommodate my family and friends, who travel with me to celebrate my 50th birthday. Sherry went above and beyond to ensure my birthday was celebrated by giving a lot of venue recommendations. Always in constant communication to ensure my group had what we needed. I will recommend this place over and over. If you are traveling to Turks and Caicos please look bro staying here.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The accommodations were amazing - very spacious and right by the pool. We were in the middle of everything! Mangos Reef and Restaurant was our favorite. We love TURKS and Caicos and cannot wait to return. It is paradise! Heath’s help and responsiveness to all requests only made it better. Thank you for everything!

This place is truly unique. It is helpful to view it on a satellite map. It’s set in one of the few remaining nature sanctuary anywhere near Grace Bay. The home itself has an upstairs and the downstairs apartment as well as a full house 50 steps away. Both apartments are fabulous. The hosts are totally responsive and have thought of so many nice touches. Everything worked excellently and was easy to understand and navigate. The price was very fair for that part of the beach. What’s great about it is that you are very close to the action of Grace Bay yet still secluded. Fabulous.

My husband and have been Airbnb'ing in the Carribean countries for 5+ years in different places and this is spot is the best/our favorite among all those we have visited. The pool and surrounding gardens at Chelle's place are lovely and private. The location is in a great part of the island, close to everything but not too busy or noisy. The ACs in the two rooms made the Villa very comfortable quickly and is well set up for your needs. I know sounds odd for vacation, but we really enjoyed the kitchen and grill to cook when we opted to not restaurant and just hang by the pool for the evening. The beach is short walk from the property. Chelle, the host, is very responsive and has great recommendations for restaurants and activities in TCI. We will definitely be back and hope you all enjoy, but don't tell everyone about TCIs best AirBNB!

Beautiful, secluded. We would walk about 6 minutes to a more turquoise part of the private beach free of seaweed. We didn’t have a chance to try the on site restaurant or bar. Having a kitchen was nice to make our own breakfasts. Make sure to stop and buy your own sugar, cream, and coffee. Used coffee machine everyday. Very clean place. Comfy bed. Drawers for storage. Water was always hot even when two people showered at the same time. Ate at the Coralli at the Ritz Carlton for lunch right on the water and it was delicious. Also loved “farm” at Seven stars resort. Provali Neapolitan pizza is small but incredible!!! Host Jasmine was great and very responsive. The pool was never too busy and neither was the beach which we absolutely loved! Had the whole beach to ourselves most days! Also shopped at a local shop in Grace Bay called lemon 2 go and got some wonderful smelling perfumes and reed diffusers. Would definitely come back.

Just enjoyed another beautiful week at Ally’s condo, our second visit. As we expected it, was beautiful as last time and had every amenity that one could wish for, from Yeti’s to a cooler, ice maker, all the kitchen things you could need. We love sitting on the patio at night before we go out to dinner. Sadly the island has grown significantly over the last few years and it’s a shame the Hyatt had to build right next to Coral Gardens. The noise didn’t bother us and they were done by 5:45 every day. You could slightly hear it in the beach but it didn’t really matter. Ally kindly gives a discount for the construction. It didn’t take away from our trip my any means but you can’t stop progress whether it’s good or bad for tourists. The location is a lovely part of the beach with all the snorkeling you want. Close to restaurants as well. We had one minor issue and it was literally fixed immediately. Ally is a great host with a beautiful condo. I’d recommend to anyone and everone

From the beautiful location and quick access to the beach, to her quick responses in solving any issues, everything was top-notch. The villa was immaculately clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the pool and grounds were beautifully maintained. We had a wonderful 1 week stay at Brendan's place. The color of the water has to be seen to be believed. Nice layout, with comfortable bed, wonderful patio, and well appointed kitchen. Nice TVs in the living room and bedroom. Had no issues with noise from other units or from outside. The location was really ideal. We enjoyed the Coral Gardens complex very much. The beach attendants were friendly and helpful. We were there on a busy spring break week, but were able to get beach chairs and umbrellas at any time of the day. The beach itself was incredible, with fantastic snorkeling right off the beach. Saw numerous turtles, fish, and spotted eagle rays. Booked catamaran rides, which picked up about 50 feet to the west of the Coral Gardens section of beach. Makes it nice for those wishing to enjoy a few rum punches without having to worry about driving home afterward. Other activities can be readily booked for pick-up right off the beach including parasailing and tubing. It was also nice having Somewhere Cafe easily accessible for food/drink. In summary, a great place to stay in a perfect location for snorkeling and hanging out on a beautiful beach.

The house is located right on the Laguna, you can take the kayak and go anywhere. Me and my boyfriend ran around the neighborhood every morning, beautiful views. We did move somewhere to see the sunset, just so we can swim in the ocean as swimming in the lake was not so nice. Very cute house. Perfect for two adult couples.

We spent our 34th anniversary in TCI at Northwest Point Condos. The beach was beautiful, the condo was very well appointed and the pool was spacious. Everyone was very friendly! We ventured into town to explore but it was nice to come back to the peace and quiet of the condo complex. Colin kept us well informed of happenings during our stay and his recommendations for massages beaches and dinners were much appreciated!

Loved our stay at Juliet’s place in Grace Bay. Really great location with plenty to walk to. The building itself had a nice bar, pool area and hot tub, as well as access right on the beach. Juliet’s condo unit had all the amenities we needed and more. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay! The beachfront location cannot be beat, it was absolutely gorgeous. If you’re planning to be outside more than inside on your vacation, this is the perfect place. There was a kayak we enjoyed using in the ocean. You basically have your own private beach. The interior is dated so if you have to have a new and fancy kitchen, bathroom, etc. this is probably not the place for you. There was also a lot of ants in the bathroom and the exterior of the fridge could use a good cleaning but otherwise it was super clean.

Rachel was a great host. The condo is beautiful with all the necessary amenities, and the pool and beach were perfect for our two kinds. Easy communication and check-in. Highly recommended.

Amazing home and very responsive host. The location was secluded with enough privacy which we wanted, but it wasn't far from the beautiful beaches and restaurants in the other locations. The home was very clean and had everything that we needed for our stay, including a beach cooler, umbrella, and chairs. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The host representative was amazing. The information provided prior to arrival was well worth the read. Clear communication and solid description. This is our 5th island and we airbnb or vrbo every time and the host and representative left no doubt about what we were going to experience.

Great place, great location and has a great responsive team in provo for help. we had a slight plumbing issue that was promptly addresses and didn't mess with our vacation! amazing location, quieter than the resort buzz which is what we wanted. the marina was superb and the pool was spectacular!!!🙌👐🙌👐 Definitely need a rental car! quick drive everywhere to all beaches and reefs. parking was so convenient. lots of towels, had snorkeling gear evethough we didn't use it. kitchen is fully equipped, coffee pods would have been helpful but didn't mess with the utility. Jules, Theresa and their cleaners, plumber were amazing. great value, location and Definitely will return back. having a washer and dryer was an absolute icing on the cake, you can actually pack light for the island. they have absolutely everything there for cleaning.
