Nice holiday home in beautiful area!

Beautiful Huay Yang is 30 miles south of Bangkok and 12 miles south of Hua Hin. Highway and railway pass the village but at a good distance from the residential area and the house. Nice spacious house in beautifully planted area in peaceful beautiful Huay Yang. A tropical idyllic fishing village with a genuine Thai environment, close to the locals. Cozy restaurants w/ local and international dishes. 400 m to pristine, milelang beach. Large communal pool in the grounds including own children's pool. Motor(bike),- moped rental.

Nyte utsikten mot havet fra i badekaret tilbakelent i hjørnet på den store terassen. Tilgang etter avtale,stor tak terrasse 360 graders utsikt med barbeque, utekjøkken og sofagruppe og avslappende hengekøyer. Svømmebasseng og jacussi 15 meter fra huset. Her får du følelsen av å ha din egen strand til den vakreste soloppgang. Vi opplever stadig at gjester forlenger dagene her🥰

Our Villa is recently renovated in light color with a lot of beautiful bamboo furniture and deco. It’s a perfect place to relax and restore. To spend time in the sun on the patio only a footstep away from the ocean or take a dip in the pool or the jacuzzi. In the sunset it’s nice to relax on the big rooftop where you find several sofas and lounge chairs.

Svømmebasseng, jacuzzi nesten for deg selv. 1 dobbeltseng, sofa og ekstra seng med mulighet for 2 ekstra personer, etter avtale på forhånd, 300 b per person per natt om dere er fler en 2 personer. På stranden til høyre fremfor kan dere disponere hengekøyer mellom palmene og en paviljong🏝️Vi opplever stadig at gjester utvider dagene på dette stedet😉

Lovely villa for 5 people 80m from the beach

Welcome to our villa in leafy Nishaville, in the charming village of Huay Yang. On the large porch you can relax to the buzz of the palm trees or you walk 80 meters down to the long expansive beach for a swim. Down by the beach there is also the communal pool where you can lay on one of the sun loungers. Or why not take a walk along the expansive beach that stretches several kilometers on both directions.

Stylish house with shared swimming pool

Relax in gorgeous Huai Yang. Rural and friendly. The beach is about 5-600 meters from the house and stretches for miles in either direction. The place has a variety of shops, restaurants, roosters, hens, cows, dogs..... If there is a need for a little more party, life and touch is not far anyway. Rather trips to islands, snorkeling or diving. Cheap and easy to travel in Thailand.

A breathtaking view and a place like a cut off from the world ( the terraced villas were empty during our stay). The villa is very well arranged but no shower gel, toilet paper shampoo... The pool changed color after the 3rd day. Lack of overall maintenance, probably due to the lack of customers... However, I do not regret my stay and would come back hoping that the owner will make the adjustments

The villa was absolutely beautiful and much bigger in real life than what it looks in the photos. The other 2 villas in the block weren’t taken so we had the pool, whole space and beach to ourselves. The pool was so much fun and views onto the beach were amazing. The beach is very long, perfect for a stroll although there aren’t any bars or restaurants as far as we walked. Ying was lovely as well. Thank you for everything 🙏🏼

The location is unbeatable, and it’s incredibly welcoming for our pet, which is a huge plus. The host is fantastic, always communicating promptly and ensuring everything is perfect - thanks a bunch for the delicious dragon fruit! The accommodations are pristine, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable, making it feel like our second home. We can’t wait for our next getaway here. We spent a month in this apartment and were very happy with our choice. The apartment with balcony and roof terrace is exactly as it looks in the photos. Communication with Kenneth was great. He provided us with a driver for arriving from the airport in Bangkok, who took us very reliably to Surin Beach and back. The bed was a bit too hard for me and I hardly said it, I already got a topper. The site is super well maintained. We rented a Saleng (a scooter with sidecar) from Kenneth, with which we could drive to the village about 10 minutes away. There are many restaurants, shopping and massages to choose from. However, there are also two restaurants very close to the beach. We will be back.

A super clean apartment, very well equipped and with a great view. The beach is a few meters away and it's peaceful. A beautiful garden and a nice pool. The apartment is very large. A vehicle seems essential to have an excellent stay in the region. Hyper responsive host, which is appreciable.

Chan Chan Home - Coconut Tree

This is the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in my life. I have traveled throughout the US and Europe using Airbnb and have never been in an Airbnb of such great quality. The room was in amazing condition in a quite and beautiful area of the region. There is a ton to do and you can go to a beach that is very secluded with a bunch of friendly dogs that will come up and say hi to you. The waterfall is also stunning as well. Also, I was really well supported by my Airbnb hosts throughout my stay - I got 5 star customer service. They helped accommodate rides, give food suggestions, got me 7-11 delivery at night, and rented me a motorbike for a good price. I highly appreciate what Chan and her family did for me. I have plans to come back to Thailand in the future and stay here again.

80 m to the beach, large terrace with sunrise

This is a really beautiful location and area. The neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly. The host is very kind and very easy to communicate with. The only thing we didn’t like about the property was the fact that it is right opposite the security guard box and so there is a security personnel always in front of property. Good for safety but not so much for privacy. However this was only a small issue for us and it would not stop us from returning at all. Many thanks to host for sharing your lovely home with us and hope to return.
