Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Thanh Trì

Everything was great, Tuan was very flexible in helping us check in early he was very friendly. The location couldn't be better you can walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, especially on the weekend when you step out onto the walking street, lots of outdoor activities. The house has a dining room on the top floor which is very airy and relaxing, perfect for drinking coffee.

I highly recommend this place, but mosy especially for all girl groups. The space was lovely and had great appliances - a washing machine, plates and utensils and good water supply/pressure. The location is great because you're near a lot of great stores and cafes in Hanoi. The noise wasn't disruptive for our group, we slept well through the entire stag. Khánh was very responsive and checked in with us several times, which I appreciated. My only comment is that the bathroom door is a bit rusty and there is a portion of the bathroom that isn't entirely private so make sure you're comfortable with who you're staying with. Overall, we had a great stay :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at La’s apartment. It was clean and close to everything. It was also quiet which was great!Very comfy bed and pillows. There is a grocery store right across the street. La was very attentive and proactive in helping us. Would stay here again!

The location couldn't be better - just steps away from vibrant markets, street food stalls, and historical landmarks. Yet, despite being in the midst of the action, the house itself is tucked away on a quiet street, providing a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. Overall, our experience in this 4-bedroom house, the combination of its prime location, charming ambiance, and the warmth of our host made it a memorable stay. Whether you're visiting Hanoi for the first time or returning to explore more, this house is a perfect choice for a truly authentic and comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

Great location next to Hoan Kiem lake. I would definitely stay here again if I was ever in the area in the future

We really enjoyed our stay in this large, well-located, and quiet apartment in the heart of the Old Quarter. Trang was always responsive and the apartment was as described. The neighborhood itself is bustling, but very little of the street noice makes its way into the apartment because of good sound-proofing. The apartment feels like an oasis when needed, yet we were able to sit on our balcony and enjoy the chaos of the street, too. We were sad when our reserved time was up. We will definitely reserve this space again in the future.

We had such a wonderful stay at HanoiNest, right in the heart of Old Quarter. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating during our 3 days in Hanoi. A great place to stay with family and friends!

Ruby and Bill were extremely friendly and helpful. The house is beautiful, spacious and clean. Only draw back was it’s on the first floor. We have knee pain so we had to plan well to avoid going up and down. But the beautiful house made up for the stairs 😄

Had an excellent stay here. Each floor in this near-new building holds a studio apartment, and this unit was as described, spacious and with high ceiling, to give an additional sense of space. Air conditioning was cold and shower was nice and warm. Host Billy was easy to reach and replied quickly to messages. He also offers airport pick-up and drop-off in his nice car, at a price similar to taxis. The house is in a gated community, with no traffic noise. Outside of the peace of the gated community is a very lively and busy working-class neighborhood, with lots of small shops where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, eggs and similar. There's many cafes and coffee places, HaBeCo beer bars, barbershops, and a large variety of other stores.There are no tourists in the area which I found nice - the main tourists areas such as the old quarter are not far by taxi (Xanh SM is a good app taxi service I found). Overall recommended!

What you see is what you get – everything was spot on! We had a very comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, the air conditioning was cold, and the shower had great water pressure. The place is easy to find, as the location is pinned on Google Maps. We were especially happy that the building had an elevator – that’s a big plus, especially when traveling as a group with luggage. I’ve seen so many vlogs about places in tight alleys with steep stairs, so this was a relief! If you’re planning to stay in the Old Quarter, this is a perfect choice. It’s close to amazing spots like Café Giảng, Bancông Café & Restaurant, and many more. It’s also just a short walk to Hoàn Kiếm Lake. We were lucky to be there during Vietnam’s 50th Reunification Day – the streets around the lake were closed to cars, and the whole area turned into a big celebration with markets and people everywhere. We had so much fun and are grateful for the experience!

The room itself is small, but matches the pictures/description, and still can accommodate 2 people comfortably. However, the two major selling points of this place are 1: the location, which is very peaceful at night, and situated next to some cute coffee shops, and 2: the balcony, which offers an unobscured 180° view of the lake & city. I've genuinely never experienced a view this nice from any other airbnb or hotel. Beyond that, the host is responsive, clearly communicates, and was accommodating when we needed a late check out. Would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice place outside of the main tourist zone in Hanoi

The apartment building is highly regarded and conveniently located near the highway. While the property includes a swimming pool, as noted, there is an additional fee to use it. I mistakenly assumed it was managed by the same agency, but clearer communication on this point would have been helpful. Otherwise, I found the property to be excellent and beautifully maintained. The host was responsive and provided prompt assistance.

Stayed here for two months. The photos of the place really doesn’t do its magic justice. The place felt like home. Very walkable to convenience stores, restaurants, and more - there’s even a spa on the second floor of the building (very reasonably priced with a doctor on staff). Loved this place. Would definitely recommend.

We like Ms. Hoa's place so much that we decided to rent her place everytime we go back to Hanoi. Her place looks even nicer and bigger than in the pictures, spotless clean, very quiet, with lots of greens and full of fresh air and light! We didn't expect to have such a place in the very center of Hanoi. Ms. Hoa was so friendly and helpful. She definitely goes out of her way to help us. 100% recommend.

The place was open and cool, with fresh air, especially for a place that's near the center of the city. The house was clean and beautiful, with all the necessities. Our host was super nice 😊. I also feel safe here with the camera system at the alleyway outside. This homestay is suitable for a female group or family. Thank you Ms. Huyền for always be available to help us. If you have the chance to stay here and be hosted by Tim & Hana, you should be so lucky. It's out of the way and for people who want peacefulness. You get to just look at green, the garden and the trees every day. It was exactly what I wanted. They also have such a sweet little neighborhood they have made with their friends, everyone was very welcoming. There's a pickleball court, Tim & Hana are incredibly helpful, accomodating, open-hearted and kind, not to mention insanely competent. Anything we needed they accomplished so well and quickly I was blown away. The little scooter was great so you don't have to get a bike/car if you don't want. The home is so beautiful and clearly lived in, in the best way. It was made to be lived in and I felt so at home. It also felt so spacious and beautiful, it felt like many hours of love, care, thoughfulness, meditation and kindness were put into the home and even without anyone else there, it's easy to be impacted by it.

We loved our stay out this beautiful location. Our hosts made is feel very comfortable. They were super helpful, carrying our suite cases from the taxi to the house, helped us save money arranging pickup form the airport and all our other transportation needs. Recommendation for the best money exchange. Bought groceries and cooked for us. Clean spacious home, great service anytime we needed it. Very responsive and respectful. We highly recommend this location if you are looking to relax and enjoy nature.
