Holiday rentals with a patio in Thanh Khê District

Nice room, clean and new.

Khoa was a very responsive and friendly host. Our requests were attended to almost immediately. The property has a high and open view to the surrounding/the river. The bedrooms were comfortable and air conditioned. The living room is well decorated and with entertainment options. Our stay was great. We walked to some attractions albeit it was hot and humid during the day.

The place is comfortable, clean, close to the sea, nice view. Great for families with kids

The infinity pool with its endless sea view was absolutely stunning.

this apartment building is on my favorite block in da nang plenty of things accessible right outside. the beach is one main street away. I didn't hear any parties going on . the hosts made me feel very welcomed and assisted me every point of my stay and were very kind. the views on the back side of the building are very nice as well if your able to see over the neighboring building on your floor.

Hanh’s place was really nice, very walkable distance to the beach and the views were stunning! She was quite reponsive and gave recommendations for around the area, would definitely book again in the future :)

Vincent and Sami offer the great host. Vincent is really responsive and try to accommodate the guest at his best. My flight to Da Nang was delayed and he stayed late to greet me at the door with clear and mindful instructions to the room. The room itself is clean, nicely decorated and has all you need to feel being like home.

I loveeee this place. It is small but has anything a person would need. I especially like the clear instruction for each light switch. I did not have to guess which light I turned on 😂. The bath room surprisingly has more amenities than I expected with the limited space. Sami arrange everything so neatly and nicely. I live how she uses the wooden frame to cover the light switches and use pot plants to decorate every shelf in sight. The place is filled with her thoughtful act. I understand why Sami is the best and recomended host.

Hosts are always helpful and always respond to guest messages quickly. The neighbors around the place are also very friendly and nice.

Sunny was such an awesome host - super friendly, easy to communicate with, and went out of your way to ensure everything was perfect. I felt totally at home, thank you to you for taking care of us during the stay. Appreciate all little touches.

The apartment is located at the back of a small alley not accessible by car, so quiet. The room is flirtatious and very clean.

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

It's one of the best properties. It can be compared to a resort or hotel connecting room when traveling with family. For breakfast, it's much better to just go out and eat because there are many restaurants in Vietnam that open early (even Michelin-starred restaurants open at 7 o'clock). I stayed for 5 nights and used several restaurants in the building for breakfast, and they all tasted good. The accommodation is safe with a security guard on duty, and the building residents are decent. The surroundings were noisy or there was no noise. Above all, the view overlooking the Da Nang is great. Wherever you go, you can get there quickly with Grab. In Da Nang, walking distance is meaningless because of the heat. The taxi fare is also very cheap. I highly recommend this accommodation. Especially for 5-6 people, it can be the best choice.

It was very spacious and pleasant, so it was good for 2 families to use. I use a microwave, washing machine, and dryer, but it's okay to use it. They also bring you a towel right away when you request it. If I come to Da Nang again, I will visit again.

Linhs place is such a nice and calm place to stay at, especially being so near to the beach!! The apartment is beautiful and relaxing and Linh was a very proactive and friendly host, making sure that we were looked after and any thing that came up was sorted promptly and kindly! The location was perfect and convenient to go anywhere. The view from the room was amazing, and we could see Lady Buddha clearly. We woke up to plenty of sunlight every morning and enjoyed Da Nang from early in the morning. You can take out the trash 24 hours a day. The air conditioning worked well. You can hang your laundry on the sunny balcony, and there is a dryer, so you don't have to worry about rainy weather. There were two bathrooms, one with a rain shower and one with a handheld shower. There was no shortage of hot water even if you took a shower at the same time. The shared pool and gym in the building are small, but they look like they would be fun if you were staying for a long time. There was also a ping pong table. Ngoc was a very good host. She replied quickly and the check-in was smooth. She answered my questions about the rare fruits I found in the market in detail. Thank you. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Da Nang.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang. It’s close to great restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and getting around the city was really easy. One major plus: the A La Carte Hotel is a designated pickup point for the shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills (booked through Klook), which made our day trip there super smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes steamer, not a common amenity in most Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The lobby and elevator smell absolutely amazing. The reception desk was also very kind, courteous, and helpful despite having no obligation to assist Airbnb guests as we did not book with the hotel itself. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
