Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux dans cette magnifique villa. Sincèrement nous ne savions pas à quoi nous attendre. Mais ils s’avère que les lieux sont magnifiques, paisibles et bien situés. Nous serions restés volontiers plus longtemps si nous avions su. Je recommande.

Einfach nur wow! Das Nan Haus war mit Abstand eine der schönsten Unterkünfte, die wir in ganz Ninh Binh gesehen haben. Wir waren zwei Tage dort und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns willkommen und rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Service war top – super gastfreundlich, herzlich und immer bereit, bei allem eine Lösung zu finden. Man merkt, dass hier mit Liebe und Hingabe gearbeitet wird. Das Team war jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben. Das Frühstück war inklusive und absolut lecker, frisch zubereitet und mit Liebe serviert. Auch die Zimmer: sauber, gemütlich und mit einem sehr guten Auge fürs Detail eingerichtet. Die Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar – für das, was man bekommt, zahlt man wirklich wenig. Es war alles da, was man braucht, und noch mehr. Von uns gibt es 10 Sterne – auch wenn man hier nur 5 geben kann, wir geben 10! Definitiv: The place to be in Ninh Binh.

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Thai Homestay was the absolute highlight of our trip to Vietnam.Staying here was so much more than just finding a place to sleep — it was about connecting deeply with the Thai minority culture in a way we never expected. The homestay itself is exactly like the pictures — beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. But what really made the experience unforgettable was the people. Tam prepared amazing meals every day — full of local flavors, fresh ingredients, and love. Even though the family speaks little English, communication was never a barrier. We’ll never forget the grandmother weaving traditional scarves in the evening, her calm rhythm matching the serenity of the village. Or being offered fresh jackfruit and grilled bananas as we sat on the porch. Mr. Tunc took us hiking through the most breathtaking scenery — green rice fields, banana plants, bamboo water mills.. Yen helped us arrange a private driver from Hanoi to Pu Luong and back! Thanks a lot!

Thung Sen was truly a haven oasis. We wanted a place away from the noise & crowd yet near enough to Tam Coc city centre and this location was it. The min we step foot here, we were mesmerised by its untouched & well-preserved surroundings. We found out we were staying on a Uesco World Heritage site! We initially planned to bike around to enjoy nature. Turns out we have the best view in Ninh Binh right outside our bamboo house. Mountains, lotus lakes, viewpoint where you can see the Tam Coc boats row by....The room amenities were simple yet unique e.g. bamboo clothes hanger, traditional style metal locks. Rustic & comfortable. The hospitality at Thung Sen was warm & outstanding. Phuong & her team took very good care of us. They clearly took pride in their work & most importantly enjoyed what they do. You can see it in their smiles & teamwork efforts. Breakfast was free & plenty of gluten-free options. Their full-fledged restaurant easily surpasses that of local eateries.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce rbnb. Nous avons été accueillies par une famille adorable. On nous a prêté des vélos pour aller à la réserve toute proche où nous avons fait du bateau dans un merveilleux paysage. Nous nous sommes promenées au milieu des rizières . Peu de touristes occidentaux ici,nous pouvons voir la vie authentique des paysans locaux. Nous avons eu de très bons massages et sommes allées dans un centre pour des bains aux plantes thérapeutiques. L'hôtesse Ngan prend plaisir à concocter de très bons et abondants repas si nous le souhaitons. Tout est très propre.Les lits sont bons et la climatisation efficace et silencieuse. Le jardin est très bien entretenu. Je recommande fortement ce bel homestay!

The host family was very welcoming and helpful. They provided great local recommendations and offered motorbike rentals, plus bicycles were available free of charge — which was a great way to explore the area. The room was spotlessly clean, with a spacious bath and a beautiful garden view right from the bathroom — very relaxing. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting, and breakfasts and drinks were very affordable. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it!

Very nice stay. Me and a few friends stayed a night here and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was clean and the location was great. Even let us leave our luggage there for the day while we explored. All round great experience would highly recommend

Would highly recommend it’s off the main road everything is within walking distance. Free bikes save you on travel costs & the breakfast was delicious!
