It is equipped fully as 3 star hotel, good for couples, solo adventurers, families, big friend groups. By train from Hanoi to Thanh hoa in 3,5 hours, taxi in 15 minutes. 4 child under 7 are allowed without fee. Max is 4 adults and 4 child under 4 year old. The 5th adult will be charged more. No breakfast. By car is 3 5 hour.

Room was nice, clean, just like in photos/description. The hosts are super friendly and proactively reach out to guests. The location of the apartment is convenient, close to utilities and tourist attractions. Definitely coming back when I get a chance.

The owner is very nice and friendly. The apartment is very comfortable and “green” with the plants around. However, there were some insects inside the room. One more problem is the arrangement of the apartments made it’s quite hard to find the exact room (of course this is not the owner’s fault). Everything else is all nice except those inconvenience. 🥰
