Their attentiveness and warm hospitality really made a difference. The location was also a big plus—peaceful, convenient, and close to restaurants. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We felt well taken care of and truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this place, and we’d absolutely love to return in the future!

Van Chinh's space is spacious, it's an apartment. It is located in a Vietnamese neighborhood. Close to several traditional businesses. And close to tourist areas. Van Chính recommended food spots and tourist attractions. She was always available. He knows a few phrases in Spanish. I highly recommend the place.

Everything is great for the place. The host is easy to communicate. I would like to come back again.

This place is amazing! The room is spacious, cozy, exactly like the photos, fast wifi, with giant TV to watch movies and gives everything what I need during my stay. It has big balcony to see the street. Located in fifth floor above a spa. The unit is super private and with elevator! At first it feels weird to take the elevator through the spa to go to the room, but then it’s all okay. Location is also great, right in the old quarter, with many good restaurants and coffee shops next door. Most importantly, the host is super helpful, proactive and pretty flexible with check in/out. Definitely will come back to this place!

Outstanding Host and Exceptional Service! I had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond—when my baggage was lost at the airport, Mr. Toan immediately stepped in to help, offering support and guidance despite the late hour. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he even arranged a taxi from the airport for me, making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible given the circumstances. Truly outstanding hospitality. If you're considering booking—don’t hesitate! This place (and the host) is top-notch.

Great place to stay!! I was in Hanoi for 7 weeks and this apartment was perfect, cleaned every couple of days if required, great location for all amenities.

This apartment is an oasis amid the bustle of Old Quarter, awesome views, lovely vibe and clean. I loved staying here.

The equipment of the apartment is super new, great to use, I very much enjoy that I can cook and do laundry all inside my room in a 8 days stay. The house is walking distance to a small lake, can blend in with local and chill besides the lake is the biggest plus of my stay. I'll definitely come back. I wish the next time when I'm back the neighbors' construction is finished. The house itself is very perfect.

This location was a gem to find within the city. Upon arrival I was stunned and had to send a message regarding the beauty of the design. Quite unique and comfortable. The balcony was surely a beautiful addition I’ve never seen before. The bed was extremely comfortable, the wooden bathtub - amazing, the kitchen was equipped with needed essentials, just overall I enjoyed the stay and was amazed at the design.

Trâm was an incredible host. He was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay in Hanoi, which really made us feel at home. The airbnb is beautifully designed, spacious and calm. You do not really notice that you are in such a busy area as the airbnb is located in the back of the house. The area is great, you can walk everywhere and come home in between. We would 100% recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again if returning to Hanoi.

It was a clean and comfortable accommodation. They tidy up and change the bedding sheets every 3 days. There was no discomfort during my stay ☺️☺️

I really enjoyed everything about this place. The spaces were pleasant and the apartment was well equipped, the building facilities were excellent and the Dong Da location was convenient and had lots of points of interest.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, everything was spotless and the location was ideal. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi!

My partner and I had a great stay at Thanhs airbnb. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Functioning AC and dehumidifier too. Location was good, lots of convenience stores and a big supermarket 10 min walk away. It’s in the heart of the Japanese district with lots of Japanese food around if that’s what you’re wanting. Amenities wise it is pretty bare. At first Thanh provided 2 body towels, 1 toilet paper roll, shampoo and body wash, and that’s it. When we asked for other basics like hand wash, hand towels, dish towel and dish soap (for the kitchen), he then provided them after a few hours which was greatly appreciated but should have been there already. I’ve stayed in many airbnbs before and they have always had basics like spices, oils, extra TP, drying rack, cleaning supplies, etc but this wasn’t provided. It was fine for us for a few days, we only cooked one meal, but we certainly missed the basic household items.

It was an excellent and perfect we could think of..we had travelled to Vietnam for first time with my family.. Nice and comfortable homely stay.. I would definitely recommend this stay ..the host is very friendly and responsive.. she also gave complimentary fruits daily to us ..
