Nikhil is an incredibly accommodating host, and will ensure that you are comfortable during your stay by means of prompt communication as well as very well equipped and helpful staff (security, housekeeping, well priced laundry services) at the airbnb. We didn’t face any difficulties during our two week stay and would choose this place again. The stay is exactly as described in the pictures, is super clean and comfortable. All the appliances, crockery, toiletries etc are clean and well maintained. You would also be staying in an upscale locality which has proximity to all the best places in Bandra. There were also two smart TVs equipped with streaming platforms which we made the most of during our stay. Highly recommend this place. Thank you for a lovely experience Nikhil & Pooja!

Neevia's property is well furnished, functional, well located, and well insulated from the general chaos of Bombay. What stood out to me was how comfortable the mattresses were and how easy it was to create the blackout environment crucial for good sleep. The solid air conditioners helped in this regard as well. The place was extremely clean and tidy when we entered and Neevia had generously stocked the kitchen with some essentials. Plenty of cookware and serveware too. As a host, Neevia was professional and prompt to respond. I would love to stay here when I visit the city again.

I stayed here for a few days and really liked it. The view from the high floor was fantastic and made the apartment feel bright and peaceful. The place was just like the pictures — clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a longer stay, including kitchen basics, toiletries, and even some books and games, which was a nice touch. The host was friendly and easy to reach whenever I had a question. Overall, it was a hassle-free stay that felt like a little home away from home, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place for a longer visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay at Chris’ lovely apartment. Spacious, clean and comfortable, it’s very close to a host of terrific restaurants (Arya Bhavan, Sadguru) as well as street food (Nandu’s vada pav). The apartment has round-the-clock security and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Chris is very responsive, helpful and made our stay memorable!

My first trip to India and this place was the perfect base. Quiet to sleep - but also so near the hustle and bustle. The hosts contacted me with all the instructions before I arrived to ensure I knew how to access the property - they were super on it. They also greeted me as I arrived and checked in on me a couple of times while I was there to make sure I was OK - which was so sweet and welcome as I was travelling alone. Would definitely recommend staying here if it's your first time to Mumbai like me. Thanks for keeping me safe and well guys.

Great place to stay. Exactly as described. Clean and peaceful locality, yet closer to everything. Easy to commute, and easy to find. There's a park right opposite to this house that my kid liked. Great value for money. Recommendable and certainly would pick to stay here again.

OmG, I have no words to describe this place, just perfect. Completely blown away by it. The best airbnb I have stayed at yet. The place exceeds your expectations by miles. Rohinton is the friendliest and most caring and responsive host you will ever meet. If it is Rohinton's place, you can be rest assured that it is going to be perfect. Unfortunately we were out all day shopping and only came back to the bnb to sleep. To quote my mother, "I wish I could spend the whole day inside, I want to come back here and have a staycation for 2-3 days". Absolutely best experience. Thank you Rohinton.

We stayed here for about two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The home was clean, cozy, and felt just like home—very comfortable for a longer stay. The location was convenient, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The host was extremely prompt, reliable, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable—even arranging an extra chair and table since both of us were working remotely. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and will definitely stay here again soon!

The stay was beautiful, there are so many amenities in lodha upper thane that you'll never be bored. The check in and check out smooth, requiring minimal communication with the host. the house has immaculate views and was quite clean. But apart from that no complaints! Rushina was very understanding and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed with my family for 4 days at Javid &Seema's place. They were very responsive to all our queries. The place was well maintained and is just as shown inthe pics. it's located close to the airport and therefore it was hassle free to locate it. The hosts also provided us with local recommendations which were really helpful. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Very well maintained and amazing property. The Hall room and bedrooms are well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The Kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, crockery etc It also had plenty of food stuff like tea sugar oil rice papad and much more … There was also a welcome basket of chips, cookies and soft drinks in the house. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are excellent, which made my stay even more pleasant. The location is also a plus—easily accessible and well-connected to key areas. Jinal was very quick in response and communication. Checkinn was very smooth. We had a wonderful experience at Jinal’s house. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay! Will definitely visit again. Special thanks to Jinal for her hospitality.

This was my second trip to this apartment. Stay was comfy and cozy. High class cleanliness is maintained across all rooms in the flat. Check in was absolutely smooth and crispy. Amazing Stay – Highly Recommended! I had the most fantastic stay at this Airbnb! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The property was exactly as described—spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The location was ideal, with easy access to all essential needs nearby. I loved how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of work. The amenities were top-notch. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking a breeze, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Stayed for 1n, amazing place. Nice windows, so ample natural daylight and it’s on 10th floor. AC worked very well. Very accommodating for early checkin , and as a transit passenger added bonus was that it’s very close to airport. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Thanks, will visit again.
