The location is perfect: it is close to nature and central - borders DIRECTLY on the nature reserve and apart from the ski and toboggan meadow, the Wurmberg cable car (250 m) and the town center are also accessible. One free parking space is available right by the house.

The sights are wonderfully accessible on foot and also the shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. On the day of arrival a visitor's tax of 3,00 € per person and night (children from 6 years 1,00 €) is to be paid in cash.
