Holiday rentals with a sauna in Thalang District

The apartment is beautiful. We love the tranquility here. There are free saunas and shuttle buses, which make life convenient and easy. We recommend everyone to stay here.

Julien was the most wonderful host - responsive, friendly and understanding. The flat was a terrific space for a group with lots of chill areas including the fabulous rooftop. The pool and surroundings were super peaceful too. We were walking distance to some great restaurants and the beach, although Surin Beach needed a short taxi ride which was well worth it. For those with little ones, a stroller is needed to walk the distances or again taxis were easy to get via grab. We would definitely consider staying again!

Wir hatte eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft vin Olga. Die gesamte Anlage war sauber und die Angestellten sehr freundlich. Wer mag, kann im Restaurant essen oder beim Imbiss vor der Anlage. Shuttle zum Strand hat auch gut funktioniert. Einzig die Unterkunft haben wir uns ein bissche größer vorgestellt, da bei dem Schlafsofa dann der Weg zum (kleinen) Balkon fast versperrt war. Alles in allem jedoch sehr gut und zu empfehlen!

fantastic host of a fantastic apartment. we have stayed in a few apartments over the years at Mai Khao but this one was so thoughtfully provisioned with bits and pieces to make the stay more enjoyable and easy. not all hosts do this. a lovely welcome selection of fruit and snacks and chilled drinking water in the fridge, and soap and detergent to keep things clean. again not all these apartment hosts do this, so it was appreciated. spotless and beautifully presented, top floor and great views. our favourite.

The views from the large windows were breathtaking. I personally liked the upstairs room better—even though it didn’t have a door, more like a loft style. Some people might not be into that, but I loved being able to see the view all day. There are curtains to stop the sun which was a great bonus. The place had a very modern look and was designed really well. The beach is a bit of a walk, but we just ordered a Grab—it was super cheap and easier than walking in the heat. Honestly, the mountain view was even better than the beach view. It’s about a 5–10 minute walk to grab food, or you can just order through Grab delivery. The host was super helpful throughout the stay. Inside one of the closets, there were a bunch of extra supplies—maybe left by the host or past guests—including beach stuff, which was a cool surprise. The host did mention we didn’t return two keys, but we definitely did. It didn’t turn into an issue, though, since someone checks you in and out so he took both. Enjoy!

Raissa’s place was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Raissa was there to meet me upon arrival, and communicated promptly to messages. Her condo is spotless, and adorable with comfortable, quality furnishings and a fully equipped kitchen. The location is perfect and is a 5 minute walk to the beach and many nearby shops and restaurants. You won’t be disappointed, I highly recommend it.

I loved Irina's place. I felt right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and had an absolutely lovely view. I 100% recommend staying here if you visit Phuket. It is close to everything with a quick 15mins ride to patong beach. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Phuket.

we had a nice stay at the Appartement. It has a lot storage room so you can unpack all your bags and it is definitly good for a long time stay. Every room has an aircondition and big TVs with netflix. Unfortunately the cleaning Lady seemed to have a bad day before our arrival because there was dust in almost all corners of every room and the drawers/closets were dusty (so Inhad to Clean it before putting our clean cloths in it) and there was hair in the bathroom and one the toilet. For our Kids (3 and 6years) it was too far to walk to the beach because it was too hot and they are lazy and there are no sidewalks 😅. adults can walk to the beach. we usually took a Taxi which was Like 200baht. there are 2 Pools and 2 gyms in the condo which are great and we had a Lot of fun in the Pool😄. there is a Restaurant in the complex which is Open Till 5 or 5:30pm where you can get breakfast, ice cream and Thai food. the 7 eleven is only a 5min walk away 👍🏻

Per and Sirilak are by far the most welcoming hosts I’ve had — and I’ve done quite a few trips through Airbnb. Communication was great from start to finish. They helped us arrange the airport transfer and kindly allowed both early check-in and late check-out. The apartment itself is lovely, well-equipped, and we didn’t miss anything during our stay. We stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks. The location is perfect for such a period. If we would have stayed for a longer period, of course, the apartment should look for a bigger one. Overall it was great, clean cozy, lots of cool places in the neighborhood. In general, if you want to spend an unforgettable time in a place to eat this is what you need. Be immediately ready for the fact that 90% of your neighbors will be Russian-speaking)))

Peter's apartments are fantastic. They have everything you might need. The space is thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. Peter generously provided fresh fruit and water at check-in. The beach and local restaurants are just a 5-10 minute walk away.Thank you for the hospitality—we truly enjoyed our stay!

Otavio and his wife, Sara are great hosts. They were very responsive to any & all needs! We enjoyed staying in their condo!

The host is totally unresponsive, whether in airbnb or on call. He doesn’t answer the call at all. Secondly I face a problem at check in I have to wait but most importantly I face problems while checkout they were asking for electricity bill which I agree that it’s upto the guest but they were asking for 10 baht per unit whereas the official Thai government rate is around 4.18 baht per unit which they the host don’t have any right to charge more than what’s the officials are charging. Every one has an equal rate in that electricity units decided by the respective government. But they we’re just denying to accept it which is totally not acceptable from guests. Otherwise place is superb, private, peaceful, luxurious & excellent. The host is also great but yeah I mentioned what problem I faced.

I stayed 4 nights here and it was extremely comfortable. Quick walk to the waterfall and plenty of local places to eat. A/C worked perfectly. Everything you need is there! Thank you again Jommie for sharing your home.

We absolutely loved our stay here for the last 4 days; only wish we could stay for longer. The host and team were incredibly efficient and helpful from the very beginning, including airport pick up despite our late arrival. The house is large, spacious, clean. The team were never too far away if we needed anything and very helpful and responsive via group chat. We were proactively offered a late check out due to the next guests arriving late which made for a very pleasant last day by the pool. We also enjoyed using the outdoor BBQ/kitchen area with some local fish from the seafood market we took from the hosts’ extensive list of recommendations. We truly just loved this stay. Seamless and easy. Thank you Benoit and Julian, hope to be back soon.

Stop searching! This property is absolutely breathtaking! The whole neighborhood is new. The security team is awesome. The house itself is huge. I believe it can easily accommodate eight people if needed, it was just my girlfriend and I and we lost each other a few times in the home lol. I’ve used AirBnB quite a bit and this house may be my favorite. He was communicative, understanding, and very proactive. He provides all of the asses to ensure you have a fantastic time in Phuket. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be staying here probably with a few friends. Thanks Andrei!!

We had a wonderful stay at Rawai Villas and felt completely at home! The house is stylishly furnished, very clean, and the private pool is truly a highlight. The cleaning service twice a week was a big plus – everything was always spotless. The beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a TV, which made our stay very comfortable. The house is a little older, and some small updates could be made, but that’s really just nitpicking on a very high level. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and would love to come back. Victor was a great host – responsive, helpful, and welcoming.

I had an absolutely delightful Chinese New Year holiday at Tara's house. The house is beautifully designed and truly a dream home for me. Tara was incredibly thoughtful by preparing New Year decorations for us after learning that we were celebrating Chinese New Year there. Every facility in the house was complete, making our holiday extremely enjoyable. To our great surprise, Tara arranged for a housekeeper every day to tidy up the rooms and do our laundry. This is the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in.
