Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

Very nice house ... we had a great time with friends, all delighted with the accommodation Everything is planned for a great stay from the kitchen to bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms Nice but unheated pool, and that's a shame. 🙃 We recommend the place and will definitely come back.

We rented this accommodation for our wedding celebration. An exceptional place that perfectly matched our needs: spacious, welcoming, accessible, functional, safe for children because it is fenced... In short, if you have an event to celebrate or any other type of gathering, go there with your eyes closed, this place will be beyond your expectations once you get there :) We also want to highlight the availability of Dylan who is very accessible with a very professional and understanding attitude towards our wedding. Thanks again to Dylan for this place that allowed us to spend an unforgettable time :)

Very nice house, quiet and very well equipped

We had a great weekend for an EVJF. Everything was perfect! Aurelie is a quality host! Very attentive, responsive and welcoming! The house and I will even say the complex is a gem!! She was unanimous! Thank you so much Aurélie for offering this little gem! We'll be back for sure!!!!

This is a really lovely property in a great location. We felt right at home and had everything we needed. It was very hot during our stay so we were grateful for the air con - and the pool, which was lovely and clean and bigger than we had expected. Although the villa felt very private and the surroundings were peaceful, there was plenty to do nearby. The beach is beautiful, though if you want to swim you really need to go at high tide, otherwise you have to wade through the sand to reach the water. The train station is within walking distance and the train to La Rochelld took only 10 minutes. Would definitely recommend this property and would love to return one day

We took advantage of Céline's house for a weekend. The house is nice, properly equipped and clean. There is a nice garden which we unfortunately did not enjoy because of the weather. Fully private and enclosed accommodation and garden, you feel at home. Celine is available and welcoming, we will keep the address in mind for a future stay!

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Studio is very pleasant to stay in and quiet. Very welcoming hotel! No complaints - perfect!

Housing that allowed my wife, my child and myself to have a pleasant stay. Guillaume was very anxious to make sure that our stay went in the best way. He took into consideration the fact that we had an 8-month-old baby, preparing his bed and high chair. The pool was at our disposal, clean and maintained. Really great. Thanks to Guillaume.

The advantages of the accommodation: very well located, car easily parked in the adjacent street, single storey with private terrace, bedroom, equipped kitchen, clean, walk to the beach.

Ideal location directly on the Atlantic bike path. Good signage and marked bike paths. The islands are easily accessible by bike. A dream for touring cyclists. You can then relax in the well-maintained whirlpool.

Excellent welcome from our host, with his nice smile. Mélanie is responsive, available and gave us very good advice on restaurants and activities to discover on the island. The accommodation is close to the city center, with its covered market, where you can buy fresh products, close to a supermarket, colorful fishermen's huts, the citadel... The accommodation is very clean, well arranged, tastefully decorated, well equipped and air-conditioned. The bedding is extremely good. We have stayed several times on the island, which we love very much. We will gladly return to Mélanie and Nicolas.

Very quiet, new, clean and excellently decorated house. With a wonderful and private patio. Very nice and well located. Brigitte waited for us to give us the keys and instructions. It was wonderful.

Quiet and peaceful location with all the necessary equipment. The apartment is tastefully renovated. A small terrace to enjoy the outdoors... given the weather I could not enjoy the pool but it will be for the next time. I will come back with great pleasure.
