Unser Ferienhaus ist ein großzügiges, lichtdurchflutetes, freistehendes Architektenhaus mit einer großen Dachterrasse u. einen puristischen Garten in Hanglage. Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

The cozy tiny house on the outskirts of the Voralpen village of Thaining invites you to linger. Wake up in the morning to the crowing of roosters and the ringing of bells. Relax on the terrace or in the garden, walk to the neighboring outdoor swimming pool or explore the beautiful area between Ammersee and Lech, Füssen and Munich. On a good 20 square meters, Tiny Thaining offers a separate bedroom, a sleeping loft and a living area with a well-equipped kitchen and wood-burning stove.

Erholung in Thaining im schönen Lechrain zwischen Lech und Ammersee in unserer 2025 neu renovierten 58m² großen Nichtraucherwohnung. Sie bietet Platz für bis zu fünf Gäste und kleine Gäste sind herzlich willkommen. Für die Kleinsten steht eine umfangreiche Ausstattung zur Verfügung. Für Fahrräder gibt es einen abschließbaren Raum. Unsere Ferienwohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet (30er Zone) am Ortsrand ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Nicht für Katzenhaarallergiker geeignet!

Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The tower house is located in a charming, quiet and very spacious garden estate surrounded by flower meadows and orchards in the beautiful district of St. Georgen. From here it is about a 15-minute walk to Lake Ammersee, the Dampfersteg and the lake facilities with an artists' pavilion. Houses and garden were created from a harmonious overall idea because it is very important to me that my guests feel just as comfortable here as I do. Please request pets separately!

Our cozy apartment is located between the 5 Lakes region and the Alpine foothills. It is an excellent starting point for nature hikes, bike or motorcycle tours, swimming trips and city tours. It offers a separate bedroom with a large double bed. 2 more sleeping places are available with a comfortable sofa bed with mattress. In a fully equipped kitchen, the dining and living area and the balcony, guests can enjoy the tranquility after eventful excursions.

Zum wunderschönen Ammersee gelangen Sie in ca 900m.

Our Sleeping Beauty - Vacation home in the Allgäu

This extensively renovated apartment is in a great condition and extends to the mezzanine of a farmhouse built in the 1930s, which has been refurbished with a lot of love for detail. The entire apartment with its individual atmosphere is at your disposal. Here you can breathe deeply undisturbed! The farmhouse is located almost in a secluded location (a direct neighbor), surrounded by meadows and forests in the beautiful East Allgäu.
