Cozy apartment on the first floor with a private terrace. Lakeside facilities, shopping and restaurants - all within walking distance in 7-8 minutes. Bathing area with kiosk about 1.5 km (accessible via car-free foot and bike path). From November to approx. the beginning of April, there is a beautiful lake view through the trees with magnificent sunrises. And from April to October, we are surrounded by lots of greenery and a beautiful view of the protected landscape area.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. Recreation in Thaining in beautiful Lechrain between Lech and Ammersee in our newly renovated 58m² non-smoking apartment in 2025. It can accommodate up to five guests and small guests are welcome. Extensive amenities are available for the little ones. For bicycles, there is a lockable room. Our apartment is located in a quiet residential area (zone of 30) on the outskirts of the village with no through traffic. Not suitable for cat hair allergy sufferers!
