We recently returned from a vacation that the whole family spent (14 people, 3 to 81 years old) at a villa in Thailand – and it was the best decision! Unlike a hotel, you didn't have to spend time exploring the territory, everything was at hand. The villa is spacious and everyone had their own seating area. A special treat is the Win cook, who cooked delicious and varied dishes for us. The pool is without time restrictions, children could swim at least all night. On the territory there is everything you need – washing machine and dryer, table tennis, badminton. Walking distance to the beach, but only 7 - 10min by taxi. The beach itself is clean, the coastline is large, the waves depend on the weather. Olga, the hostess of the villa, was always in touch, helped with any questions. As a result, the stay was unforgettable – comfort, coziness, and complete relaxation! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We've been to many places in Thailand, but Baan Rom Pruk was really very special. The pool was crystal clear and absolutely clean – a real highlight, especially in the evening when it is immersed in an atmospheric atmosphere through the many fairy lights. The rooms were just as exceptionally clean and very well maintained, we felt completely comfortable. The team on site was very friendly and helpful, we were immediately helped with every issue. We were also able to book our scooters directly through the accommodation – everything went smoothly. We will definitely be back and look forward to the next stay!

Great apartment and brand new! Everything is done very thoughtfully and aesthetically. A large and clean pool, lots of greenery around, even a lake with a kayak free to use. Stunning views from the veranda and pool deck - a perfect place to rest and relax with an owner who fulfills any request and answers all questions. Everything is super new and of high quality. We will come again, thank you!

We had a super comfortable stay at Joe's home in Phuket. The interiors are very aesthetically done, and just as shown in the pictures. The locality is not the best for tourists, not much to do around and it gets slightly deserted in the evenings. Overall a great stay to chill in the villa by the pool.

Gorgeous apartment, super clean and tidy. Close to cafes and the beach! Also the room stays super cold even when its muggy and hot outside.

Absolutely loved my stay at Andrei’s place! The location was perfect — peaceful and private, with beautiful surroundings and lots to do nearby. Andrei’s communication was exceptional: always responsive, friendly, and full of helpful recommendations. The space itself was exactly as described — spotlessly clean, perfectly equipped, and matched the photos and description to a T. Check-in was a breeze, and I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. I even extended my stay because I loved it so much. I will go back for sure! Thank you Andrei!!

I liked everything, we lived a little more than a month, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Quiet, peaceful place. Nice pool. The apartment is beautiful and clean, the staff is kind and friendly. The beach is close, 10 minutes' walk. Shops and a market within walking distance. We finally had the opportunity to stay at Lyn’s. We’ve been here for several years but never an opportunity to stay as it’s rarely available. Lyn’s place is perfect for small families. Spacious, free of clutter, clean & as described. The complex was quiet due to the low season hence pricing was value for money. What we loved most was the small functional touches at Lyn’s that made a lot of difference such as umbrella, table cloths, laundry baskets, laundry detergents, kitchen paper towels and mid stay cleaning service. I’d definitely recommend Lyn’s if you’re looking at staying in Mai Khao. Just know that unless you’re staying in somewhere like Patong where it’s walkable; a rented vehicle will help in terms of mobility.

We are absolutely delighted with Mel. She thinks of everything (including Replacement batteries), is always responsive and helpful. The apartment is completely sufficient for four people. All electrical devices worked properly. We did not find the sounds of the air conditioning to be disturbing. The Wi-Fi reception in the apartment was sufficient for us. The outdoor area is clean, the pools very suitable for swimming. The equipment in the gym is fine. The other guests in the complex were quiet, so everyone could relax. The sandy beach and seawater are clean. There are no boat docks available, so it is quiet on the beach. There were no dogs and no mosquitoes at the beach. Drinks and food at the beach bar are good, tasty and reasonable in price. There is a shuttle service to the "Turtle Village" every 30 minutes, where shopping is located. Taxis are in front of the complex or use the GRAVE or BOLT. We'd love to come back!

Peter's apartments are fantastic. They have everything you might need. The space is thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorated. Peter generously provided fresh fruit and water at check-in. The beach and local restaurants are just a 5-10 minute walk away.Thank you for the hospitality—we truly enjoyed our stay!

I give a rating, firstly, because one of the important aspects when choosing housing is very consistent with the description and photo, the location is quiet, there is parking, many restaurants and nearby stores 7Eleven, Lotus, currency exchange, nearby is an excellent semi-wild beach 10 minutes of quiet walking

Great condo in great location, close to beautiful beach surrounded by palms and other trees. plenty restaurants and small grocery stores, pharmacy. apartment is nicely decorated, kitchen well supplied with all you need to cook. bathroom with big towels and also for the beach. all toiletries included and plus is washing machine with extra detergent. Excellent communication with Max and Kate, accommodating us with 2 units next to each other on very short notice, much appreciated . I would come again and highly recommend. condos also surrounded by beautiful landscaping and 6 beautiful pools plus gym. thank you Max and staff for your accommodations

Great unit near Nai Yang beach. After crossing one street you are right at the beach. Rosy was available to answer any questions and the stay was great.
