Spacious, cozy apartment, ideal for working with excellent internet! 100 Megas.Two large bedrooms both with air conditioning, full bathrooms, walk-in closet, and ceiling fan. TV room where a fifth person can sleep. Living+dining room with a large window, and 4 portable fans to move around any area. Fully equipped kitchen includes dishes for 6 people. Eduardos place felt like home! He is a great host, Eduardo responded immediately to our questions and needs. We couldn’t set up the TVs and Eduardo came in person and resolved the problem. Eduardo advised us on different places to visit as this was our first visit to GDL. Eduardo was responsive, positive and friendly! Each room had a bathroom and the house had all the comforts and amenities of home. Upstairs space was prestige and the view was spectacular another bathroom up there! We felt safe and comfortable at Eduardo’s place. The linens and the towels smelled terrific! I surely recommend his place to others and will gladly use this home again while visiting GDL!! Gracias Eduardo!!! It was a pleasure ❤️

Great host, great location. awesome pool and enemies. walking distance to several restaurants. we are a family of 7 and had plenty of space. my only quip was no AC during the day. I'm hot-natured so it was a little uncomfortable during late May. evening was cool with open windows after sun down. host has many fans available to cool off. overall, I would stay again

I cannot describe how beautiful this home is. Easily the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. The pictures truly do not do it justice. The home is in a great part of town, easily walkable to restaurants and stores and feels very quiet and safe. The hosts communicated clearly and quickly. The rules are easy to follow and understand. I have never seen a better value air bnb and I doubt I will ever stay in a place this beautiful again in my life.

Our stay was very pleasant, we had excellent service, the manager was always attentive at all times. The house is clean, tidy, very comfortable, enough bathrooms, all very clean, the kitchen is very large, we were able to cook at all times, the house is in a very good area, quiet. I will definitely rent again. The house manager has Uber, the gentleman is very responsible and reliable, he took care of our transfers to the airport. Everything was 10/10.

This place was as I expected to be, love the private community felt safe. House had plenty of space enjoyed every minute of it. This place is very close to many restaurants and markets. I would say I would recommend and would stay here with my family again. Rodrigo, Cher and Cely are great in communicating when we had questions, they would respond quickly. Overall it was a great stay.
