We had a great night in this small studio, very cozy and super well located by the river (open the window at night it relaxed for real!! ) You can go there without a second thought!

Pascale was very friendly and comunicative. Her apartement Is extremely comfortable, everything Is clean and tidy. Beds are very comfy, bed sheets are of good quality and towels are provided. The place Is very quiet. The parking Is in front of the house. Unfortunately we stayed just one night but we definetely come back again. I will recommend Pascale without hesitation. We had a great time in Avignon. Antoine is very responsive for the validation of the reservation. The check-in instructions are very clear. A bottle of champagne and small chocolates are always a pleasure. Billiards, ping-pong, outdoor jacuzzi, indoor spa, impossible to get bored or complain about anything! We'll be happy to go back!

Régis is a friendly person, he is considerate and responsive. He gave me the best welcome and it is very pleasant to talk with him. Had a great visit. The house is impeccably clean, spacious, comfortable and very quiet. Régis was kind enough to accept my little dogs, who enjoyed the large garden. Being able to park your car in the yard is a plus. Great value for the money. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely come back to stay.

We had a wonderful time with you, in which we enjoyed the peace and the warm hospitality very much, both from Florence and Frédéric and from the dear elderly lady next door. The accommodation is lovingly furnished and kept very clean, as is the garden. Great importance is attached to privacy here. Also in the city, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful and the fresh bread from the nearby bakery was simply delicious. Florence and Frédéric are respectful and very friendly hosts who are always available when you need them. We had some private challenges and they immediately and without hesitation offered their help, for which we are both very grateful. Accommodation rented as part of the work but the trainers came in turn for a month and a half and all were satisfied with the cleanliness, ease of access, equipment and communication!

1-week stay in this small, brand new and fully functional studio. Great value overall. The essentials are present (kitchenette, washing machine, fridge, bathroom, etc.) with small "pluses" such as Netflix, YouTube or Prime Video. Studio fully meets expectations and very well located in the city center of Belfort. Very responsive, flexible host with clear instructions. In short, I would definitely recommend the accommodation!

The location in the old town is ideal. The apartment is located in a very quiet building. To eat, I recommend La Dyeurie on Place d 'Armes 200 m away

This studio is in a great location in the heart of the old town, well equipped and clean. There are lots of restaurants nearby and it's easy to get everywhere on foot. The host is very friendly and helpful. Hope to stay again soon.

Very affordable, surprisingly nice flat, great location for exploring local areas if you have access to a car, easy and free parking, hospitable hosts who are very accommodating and helpful. Great location for commuting to other countries like Germany, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Austria. I would stay here again given the opportunity.

We stayed in the apartment for two days and felt very comfortable. If we travel back to Belfort, we would very much like to book the apartment again.

well located accommodation a few minutes from Belfort, easy access upstairs. it was clean and had the necessary equipment to clean. the only small minus is that on the ad it says bed in 160 and when arriving it was a 140. the linen is clean and of good quality. the little plus to have a few coffee pods available in the accommodation. to have provided a baby bed
