Waterfront holiday rentals in Terrasini

It was my second stay at Francesca’s lovely place. This time I was travelling with a group of friends. We all loved the apartment a lot. It is in a perfect location next to the harbour, which makes it walkable to all major sights and fabulous restaurants. Francesca is a great host where conversation was super easy. We will come back to Francesca’s place for sure. Thank you for all your help and that you made us feel like home in Palermo :-)

Loris was super accommodating and the apartment was lovely and really well situated in a nice area. It was a short walk from the Marina and there were multiple restaurants near by and a shop called Famila with everything you could need. Loris frequently checked up on us via messages to check how we were getting on. Checking in was nice and flexible and he gave us a tour of the apartment and showed us all the important things.

We had a great time at Dario’s place. It was beautiful and huge, the kitchen was great and the apartment was very well located. The communication with Dario went fluently and he was a great and helpful host. Thanks again!

Stunning beach house in a magic spot. The views are genuinely next-level — you walk out and it’s just ocean. House was clean, stylish, and felt like a proper getaway. Host was lovely and made everything super easy. Stayed here with my parents and we all absolutely loved it. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Patrizia è una persona e un'host super! Cortese e attenta a ogni esigenza dei suoi ospiti con indicazioni e suggerimenti tempestivi e puntuali. L'appartamento è comodo, dotato di ogni comfort ed è posizionato strategicamente: colazione, panificio, mercato, il mare e tanto altro a pochi passi. Ulteriore elemento chiave è la vicinanza con la stazione dei treni che vi permetterà di raggiungere Palermo e le sue bellezze con agio. Assolutamente raccomandato! (Se arrivate in auto, attenzione alle indicazioni del navigatore: non sono sempre aggiornate, potrebbero non corrispondere alla viabilità!)

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in het appartement van Giuseppe. Er waren 2 kinderbedjes voor onze kinderen van 1 en 2 jaar oud en het appartement was heel geschikt voor kleine kinderen. De prive parkeerplek direct aan het terras van het apartment was ook heel handig wanneer een van de kinderen in de auto in slaap was gevallen en lekker zijn dutje kon afmaken in de auto terwijl wij nog zicht op hen hadden vanaf ons terras. Wij komen graag nog eens terug.

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Marilù per una settimana e mi sono trovata benissimo, non manca nulla. La casa è molto carina, pulita e ordinata. Vicinissima alla spiaggia, al minimarket (perfetto per fare la spesa perché c'è di tutto), alla farmacia, al bar e ai ristoranti. Marilù e Giuseppe sono speciali, gentilissimi e disponibili. Mi sono sentita come a casa, spero di tornare!

Fantastic stay! The apartment is everything that it is announced and more. You will be surprised by the attention on the details (cudos on the amenities). The location is very special and the view is absolutely beautiful. The beach is quite busy on weekends but much calmer on the weekdays. We had a perfect stay. Giuseppe made everything even more special, the most thoughtful and caring host I've seen. Ricorderemo sempre questo viaggio con grande affetto. Grazie!

Roberto's home is situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Villagrazia di Carini and is 30 minutes away from Palermo downdown by car. So, perfect location without the big city hussle. The place is an actual house, very spacious one I might add and with a nice back garden filled with citrus, olive and palm trees among others. The background is spectacular with a majestic mountain being iluminated by different shades of colors throughout the day. We felt more than welcome, Roberto and his family are great hosts and we didn't miss anything. In fact it was one of the most confortable and pleasant accomodations we've had in our latest travels. Highly recommended!

Der Aufenthalt in Marias Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Alles in der Wohnung war sehr sauber. Maria hat die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Schöne, große und praktische Küche, alles vorhanden, macht Spaß dort zu kochen. Super Aussicht von der Terrasse. Die Terrasse ist auch sehr schön gestaltet. Genau für diejenigen, die Ruhe und Erholung wollen und die Seele baumeln lassen wollen. Maria ist sehr sympathisch und ein Herzensmensch. Sie war sehr diskret, für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100% weiter und sind am überlegen, ob wir nächstes Jahr selbst wieder dahin fahren :-) Vielen Dank liebe Maria Ciao, a presto

Wir habe 10 Tage im Casa Sul Mare sehr genossen. Die Wohnung is wie beschrieben. Check-in und Check-out verliefen wie abgesprochen. Angela hat uns alles erklärt, was man wissen muss. Ganz besonders hat uns die Terrasse gefallen. Dank dem milden und freundlichen Wetter haben wir dort die meiste Zeit verbracht, in der wir nicht unterwegs waren. Wir sind viel gewandert: dem Strand entlang, im Archäologiepark Segesta , Punta Raisi, Riserva Naturale dello Zingaro, Riserva Naturale Monte Cofano, Riserva Naturale Bosco di Alcamo, ... alles sehr empfehlenswert für Wanderfreudige. Und alles blüht in dieser Jahreszeit. Einkaufen zum nahen Conad geht gerade noch zu Fuss, doch um die Gegend zu erkunden braucht man ein Auto.

Die Wohnung von Azzurra war so wie beschrieben. Der Blick von der Terrasse war traumhaft. Die Kommunikation war einfach und schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Incredible little cottage next to the sea. You share a courtyard with other apartments that has direct access to the beach. The cottage has a private terrace overlooking the sea, where we spent much of our time. Just a wonderful place--peaceful and serene with a few restaurants and bars in walking distance. Maia was a great host who gave clear instructions and communicated well.

Meine Tochter hat mit ihren Freundinnen eine Woche in der Villa verbracht. Giovanni und sein Sohn Lorenzo waren bei allen Fragen stets erreichbar und haben sofort geholfen. Das Haus liegt direkt gegenüber vom Strand und die Mädchen konnten wundervolle Tage am Strand verbringen oder sich auch einfach auf dem sehr großen Balkon mit Strandblick sonnen. Vom Haus aus ist Palermo City mit dem Bus leicht zu erreichen und auch direkt in Mondello gibt es einige schöne Restaurants und Bars. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen und es wurden sogar zu Mückeprävention Stecker für die Schlafzimmer sowie Mückenspray zur Verfügung gestellt. Insgesamt hat es den Mädchen sehr gut gefallen und sie würden immer wieder kommen:)

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine chez Nino et Edy. Logement impeccable, d'une propreté irréprochable, moderne, décoré avec goût, au calme sur les hauteurs de Castellmare d'où la vue magnifique sur la ville, la mer et la montagne. Nino est un hote exceptionnel, accueillant, d'une grande gentillesse et générosité, toujours prêt à rendre service (il est venu nous chercher en ville lors de notre arrivée, s'est occupé de faire réparer la montre cassée de mon mari, nous a offert des figues et des sucreries...) Castellmare et ses environs sont magnifiques, beaucoup d'endroits à visiter. Si vous venez en Sicile, sejounez chez Nino et Edy vous ne le regretterez pas. Sylvie

La casa è perfetta per godersi la spiaggia di Mondello, comoda e completa di tutto, anche del parcheggio. Benedetto è un host eccezionale, ci ha accolti anche con alcune sorprese molto gradite e ci ha permesso orari flessibili. Consigliato vivamente :-)

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, siamo stati accolti da Martina che ci ha dato tutte le informazioni necessarie ed è rimasta disponibile. L'appartamento, spazioso e luminoso, è completamente ristrutturato e attrezzato in stile moderno-funzionale è fornito di tutte le suppellettili ed ascigamani necessari ed è molto accogliente per quattro persone. E' inoltre dotato di due ampi balconi uno a est con vista sul parco archeologico e sul nuovo molo trapezoidale, attrazione con i suoi locali, e l'altro a ovest con vista sul centro città, che sono un plus notevole. Il centro è facilemente raggiungibile a piedi, qualche difficoltà nel parcheggiare l'auto. In conclusione un soggiorno molto positivo in una struttura moderna e molto curata.

The apartment was even better than expected from the pictures :) It was easy to find and Violeta gave very clear instructions on how to get in (which in turn was easy and handy) and how to find the place. The building has an elevator also. It’s a peaceful area still close to the city centre which is approx 15 mins away by foot. Loads of different types of restaurants and shops around on that 15 min walk. There is even a bakery and small shops just outside. The actual room was nice, everything was functioning well and it had basically everything you need. The balcony had room for a chair and facing the back but still cosy. The apartment also had loads of storage and was quite spacious. Violeta was very helpful and accommodating.

Very nice and spacious apartment - we were surprised by the size ! It’s a really well renovated old apartment with amazing high ceilings and beautiful old tile floors 🤍 The bathrooms are new and very clean. The city centre and a lot of nice restaurants are in walking distance and just across the street there is big parking space.

Brigitte’s apartment was wonderful. Located in the historic central area, 3 minute walk to the “heart” of Palermo the Quattro Canto., 7 minutes from Palermo main train station Centrale. Brigitte greeted us at the door. The 1st floor apartment had a balcony on a quiet local’s street that cars weren’t allowed on and which children were playing on. The apartment is on a pretty courtyard with trees and benches. Across the courtyard is a great restaurant that we dined at 2x. Very good food, excellent pizza and prompt friendly service, always busy, mostly tables in the courtyard. Sleeping was nice and quiet. This Airbnb was quite possibly the best appointed Airbnb we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many. Lots of kitchen staples, Nespresso, bottle of wine was left, very comfortable apartment. Would definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend it. Mitchell

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. I can’t recommend Enrico’s property enough. Grazie Mille Enrico!

L'appartement est tout simplement incroyable, la vue est à couper le souffle et très bien placé, il y a tout le nécessaire pour votre confort, en plus de ça l'hôte est très accueillant et arrangeant, l'appartement est proche des restaurants, plages et activités.

We found Loredana and Filippos place to be like a home away from home! Spotlessly clean, excellent food recommendations, all sites walkable, and every need catered for (food, water, tv, toiletries, books, guides ect). If we’re ever in Sicily we will be staying again!

We have just returned from a great 6 nights at Michele and Doriana's apartment after 4 nights in Palermo. The location is brilliant, with a supermarket just 5 minutes up the hill, and a really nice bakery 5 minutes in the other direction (called Le Delizie, great for breakfast but closed on Wednesdays)! The hosts gave really good recommendations on things to see and do, especially the boat trip which we loved! The boat was also €100 cheaper than the one we used in Palermo, and it also lasted an hour longer! The apartment itself was perfect and matched the photos exactly. The terrace at the top was perfect for having a drink at night. The only downside we could find wasn't anything to do with the apartment itself, but it was the noise on 2 or 3 nights coming from the park outside. Many young people were out until 2am playing really loud music, which made it impossible to sleep in the room facing the park. We would 100% stay here again in the future. Thanks for having us!
