Elvira’s apartment is an absolute gem, it is clear this is her home and is beautifully furnished and equipped as a result. It is spacious and stylish with lovely homely touches; the vinyl collection, the piano, the well stocked fridge and cupboards for guests. You will want for nothing. The apartment has two balconies, alive with lush plants and a perfect breakfast spot overlooking the historical square. Once night falls and you close the doors, it is absolutely silent and your sleep will be deep and uninterrupted in the fabulous bedroom. The apartment is very close to all the historical sights and fabulous restaurants too, you will find lots of super recommendations from Elvira. Elvira has obviously spent a lot of time and effort creating this amazing apartment space and you should not hesitate in booking.

Very nice and spacious apartment - we were surprised by the size ! It’s a really well renovated old apartment with amazing high ceilings and beautiful old tile floors 🤍 The bathrooms are new and very clean. The city centre and a lot of nice restaurants are in walking distance and just across the street there is big parking space.

I had a great time in this spotless clean flat, very modern and with a large terrace. The location suits everyone looking to be close to the bus station, without mentioning a handy supermarket just round the corner. The host has been very friendly, responsive and helpful. Overall, I felt really looked after: at my arrival I found fruit in the fridge, and during my stay, I received a fantastic bottle of wine and fabulous local biscuits. Certainly two welcome presents. I will be back!

Our stay with Vincenzo, his sister Carmen and Mama Concetta was just perfect all around! Already upon arrival, we received a warm welcome. With their valuable insider tips, they made our vacation something very special. Whether you have questions about the area, restaurant recommendations or small extra requests. The apartment was immaculately clean and well appointed. We especially liked the great terrace with sea view and the proximity to the sea - in a few minutes you can walk to the clean sandy beach. Especially nice for families: there were even toys and sun protection for the beach. The air conditioning provided pleasant nights, and the secure parking directly at the apartment was very comfortable. There is a cozy café with delicious ice cream and a great restaurant nearby. We felt comfortable from the first moment - not least because of the warm hospitality of Vincenzo, Carmen and Mama Concetta. We will definitely come back! GRAZIE MILLE!!!

I really enjoyed staying here. Fabiana was very responsive and helpful with all of my needs, including reservations and car service. She was very attentive at check-in, and checked in throughout my stay as needed. The apartment was clean, and in a very historic building that was very interesting in the historic center. check out was easy, and I would definitely stay here again. The host were wonderful. I enjoyed Palermo and all that Sicily had to offer. I highly recommend this location.

The apartment is simply amazing, the view is breathtaking and very well located, there is everything you need for your comfort, on top of that the host is very welcoming and accommodating, the apartment is close to restaurants, beaches and activities.

We have stayed for a night due to our flight being moved one day earlier. Margherita was very friendly and responsive. We have met Margherita at the property to check-in and she has shown us around. Overall, it was a great stay and would definitely stay again if we were in the area!

We rented Francesco's apartment for a week in January/February. It's a very cosy furnished apartment and has a balcony to enjoy the morning sun and two spacious terraces as well. The street is lively in a nice way. The apartment is centrally situated for restaurants, bars, shops etc and also to walk easily to the coast and beach. Beautiful place for a relaxing holiday which we can recommend highly.

Location, location, location. This apartment is an oasis in the midst of all the main attractions of Palermo. Everything is an easy walk away and yet on the balcony it is peaceful with pretty rooftop views. Situated next to a Mosque, there is a brief Adhan at 10 pm, but we only heard it when we were outside. The living areas in the apartment are spacious and comfortable, where we could relax together. This was a great spot for exploring Palermo, and Luigi's recommendations were fantastic.

Wish we could stay longer and hope we can come back! Spectacular outlook from this beautiful place. So much history! It was the perfect base and easy access by foot to any sights. Peaceful yet you felt in the thick of colourful Palermo also. Kind and friendly host. Just book!!!!

We stayed here for two nights. The apartment is located in a great location, right behind the Cathedral, but sheltered from the hustle and bustle (it is very quiet and you sleep well at night). The possibility of doing both check-in and check-out yourself makes everything even more convenient. Don't be fooled by the outside of the building, the apartment inside is brand new and very well furnished.

I had a wonderful stay at Peppe’s place. The property was really conveniently located, close to all the local attractions. It also had two beautiful terraces. We were very comfortable, as a group of three with two toilets and two beds. Peppe was very good with communication!

Cozy and clean apartment in a great location. Friendly and helpful host. The host's father, Leopoldo, owns a restaurant a few meters away, which I highly recommend for location, quality of food and excellent value for money. Simply put, everything is perfect!

Annalisa and Stefano were excellent hosts. They communicated with us quickly and clearly, and gave us many recommendations for activities and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, very charming, and located within walking distance of the city center, with the train and bus stations just a few minutes away. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The bed was excellent and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hosts were incredible friendly and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. They met us in person on the first day, gave us a tour of the place, and were happy to answer any questions. They also shared with us an exhaustive list of local recommendations, from restaurants and hidden spots to travel tips, which helped us make the most of our trip. Any issues or questions we had were met with quick and helpful responses, with the hosts always ready to assist us and make sure everything goes smoothly. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and matched the description. We could not have asked for better hosts and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful apartment as in the photos. Amazing artwork lovely kitchen and spectacular views from all rooms. Guido helped us by facilitating an early checkin which was great. Excellent response time every time we messaged. Bathrooms a bit dated but otherwise all food. Great few days in Palermo.

We had an amazing stay.

Daniela made us very welcome and the communication leading up to our stay was great. The accommodation had all amenities including some we didn’t expect like the dishwasher. The second toilet was also a bonus. Very comfortable and plenty of space within the apartment. The air conditioning kept us cool at night. There’s a local bakery for breakfast only a minutes walk plus there’s a great restaurant only 20m away, which doesn’t look anything from the outside but opens up to a very pretty dining area surrounded by trees and flowers at the back. The raised deck area could be closed off if the it was raining. Mondello beach is 15 minutes walk away and plenty of public space as well as private if that’s what you prefer. As well as all the restaurants in Mondello there’s a couple, including great Gelato, on the way there. We found using the pool was a bit awkward at times because other family members also used it. If you’re staying in the Palermo area Daniela’s apt is well worth it.

Modern apartment in a great location. Close enough to the beach and restaurants, but far enough for a quiet night. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. Maria Chiara is a great host. Very friendly and offered many good suggestions. Recommended.

Beautiful complex of 10 rows of holiday cottages with a shared pool and sea view. The beach with some restaurants is beautiful and within a 5-minute walk. All the basics for self-catering were available. Communication was easy and there were also some tips for excursions, restaurants, etc. All in all great, we would come back :)

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

Very calm & beautiful place, great pool, very private with beautiful view on the mountains ! We enjoyed our time in Cinisi a lot. Mara was very friendly and quick in her reactions.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at Vincenzo's villa. He and his family were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, Vincenzo made us feel right at home, which made a big difference, especially since we were visiting Sicily for the first time. It didn’t feel like just another Airbnb - it felt like we were visiting somebody we knew already. One of the things we appreciated most was how much effort Vincenzo put into making our stay enjoyable. He gave us a ton of recommendations on where to eat, shop, and explore around the little towns of Carini and Capaci. He was always happy to answer our questions and offer suggestions, in spite of his regular work. It’s rare to find a place where both the accommodation and the people leave such a lasting impression. This was definitely one of those special stays. Highly recommendable!
