Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Terni

We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

We had a wonderful holiday and are very grateful to Flavia for being responsive and accommodating. And massive thanks to Giuseppe who helped us so much throughout the week, from greeting us on arrival and providing advice and suggestions, and saying farewell when we left. The house was beautifully presented with great attention to detail: comfortable, equipped with what we needed, tidy and clean. The gardens were gorgeous, lots of flowers when we visited in late May, and the trees around the perimeter create a sense of seclusion and tranquility, and yet you can see Trevi up on the hill and are in a great location for getting to shops, train station, roads etc. I've never seen so many different species of bird in one garden, it was wonderful! I would be delighted to have the chance to go back and would happily recommend this lovely house to my friends and family. We really felt able to relax and didn't want to leave! Grazie mille, again.

It's idyllic. A short drive or walk from Paciano and you get to this peaceful spot that looks over the olive grove. It's a fantastic spot to unwind and relax. The terrace is a beautiful shaded spot to while away the hours. We would highly recommend to anybody looking for the ideal spot to switch off and hear nothing but birds, bullfrogs and the occasional donkey bray. The home itself is well appointed, perfect for a couple or those with one child. There is plenty of space and the flat contains everything you need. We loved it. A perfect week.

Adelaide’s place is very peaceful -- you can hear the birds chirping in the garden and there's a comfortable hammock a few steps from the front door and an outdoor shower nearby -- and yet it's only a few minutes from Atigliano. Important for me: Adelaide is a dog lover and was very kind and helpful with my dog, Mocha. The only small drawback is that the indoor shower is tiny. I'm tall with an average build and could hardly fit in it. But the lovely outdoor shower (which provides privacy) made up for it and is a treat on a hot day.

Fabrizio and Tiziana's house is very nice. A bit classic, which I like a lot. The terrace was our favorite space. In the morning and evening. There will be a lot to do. Trevi Spello Fonti di Clotunno. The Norcia Marble Basin Thank you

The house is gorgeous, extremely comfortable and welcoming but not fussy or cluttered. Spotless, with high quality linens and tasteful furniture/decor. The kitchen is better than the pictures show, and we cooked quite a bit during our stay. The bedrooms were perfect for us, my sister had the upstairs suite and I had the queen bedroom next to my two daughters in two twin beds. The grounds are stunning. We were too early in the season to use the pool, but the hillside, valley, and olive trees were straight out of a storybook. We were all sad to leave!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and fell in love with Assisi. Very helpful and responsive host. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. The illy coffee was a nice touch. Wish we had stayed longer in this charming place. We hope to visit again soon.

Roberto is an excellent host. He accompanies you quietly and discreetly throughout the stay and is always available for questions. The equipment of the kitchen exceeds all expectations and prepares you for a nice start and stay. Gladly again and highly recommended.

Friendly and helpful host. Very nice and clean apartment. You have the possibility to park your car in the inner courtyard of the house. Excellent location, the house is 100 meters from the entrance to the Marmore Falls (upper viewpoint).

Sergio’s place is really done to a high standard. The views are beautiful and in a great location to explore Umbria. Sergio is very warm and I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

House Uliviu was a great accommodation, spacious and clean. When we needed something, we were immediately helped. The location was ideal to visit the most beautiful sights, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... From the cottage, you have beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Supermarket in Marsciano nearby. What makes the house so attractive is the beautiful and large swimming pool with a beautiful view over the valley and hills. You will find complete peace here. We met the whole family, sympathetic and warm. Interesting also to listen to their stories. Tommaso's grandparents live on site, which is what an active grandmother says. Great location to explore the surrounding villages. With magnificent views over the valley with Assisi, Spello, Trevi and many other places in the background. The apartment is very nicely divided and furnished and a really pleasant rest to relax after the excursions. If we stay in Umbria again, it will certainly be our accommodation again.

Amazing house in the Hills of Umbria. Weather was rainy so we didn’t get to experience the pool. But this house is cozy and very classic. Loved our stay. Hoping to come back in the future.

Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment, we stayed for five days and felt at home. It is in an excellent location to reach the main tourist places. We appreciated the reserved parking space. Definitely recommended.

The home of Giulia is must to stay! The place is very clean, neat and have all the important things needed. Our 2 kids like the place too. Most importantly, Giulia is a GREAT host who took care and always checking on what we need. Grazie!

Chiusi may not be a major hilltop town but it is very special because it lacks the tourists. We had plenty of restaurants to visit in the week we stayed, and lots of historic sights to see. You do need a car to visit surrounding towns but the peacefulness of Chiusi makes it delightful. Rafaels place is perfect with the balcony and sublime views. He was an exceptional host who did not impose on our privacy but always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place and town.

We had the most beautiful stay in Umbria! The location is perfectly remote and peaceful, yet just a short drive to town, an ideal balance. The home itself is stunning, with thoughtfully curated furnishings that make the space feel warm and inviting. Everything was spotless and well cared for. The gardens and landscaping are truly breathtaking: lush, serene, and clearly tended with love. We especially enjoyed the presence of the sweet farm animals and friendly dogs, which added so much charm and joy to our stay. Livia is a wonderful host. She was generous, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She offered great local tips and guidance, and even shared some of her delicious olive oil with us. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We would love to come back and experience each of the rooms... it's the kind of place you never want to leave. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic Umbrian escape!

Accommodation as described. Right next to San Rufino, so in the heart of downtown, but very quiet at night because it leads to an inner courtyard. I recommend taking the parking lot recommended by Francesco because indoors and nearby, for only 10 euros per day. Large and livable terrace with chairs and sofa, beautiful view, sunset over Assisi and Santa Chiara incredible! Worth the price paid. Full kitchen with salt oil, etc. and Francesco is a kind and friendly person!

I booked for my son, who was in Viterbo for study reasons. It was only one night, but he had a great time. Cozy house as described and Fabio was very kind and helpful, he met the special needs of the boy for check out. Thank you again for your extreme availability!
