Ms. Agnes was very responsive and Ate Marie, the caretaker was also very welcoming and nice. The house was also super clean and very homey. The rooms, pool area and bathroom were spotless. You won’t feel ick even if you walk barefoot. My friends also complimented the place. Perfect place for a small group. Will definitely recommend this to others 😊

Irenes Place is perfectly situated just across a massive mall that offers anything one could ask for. It’s very close to all the business in Alabang. I stayed at the place for 1 month and have not gotten any bored, views are amazing and it’s fancy design makes for a amazing stay. The condo offers anything you need for a daily life and if anything, I found Irene is super responsive and able to give great tips. 10/10 would recommend and very likely I will be back.

Reservation: It was a breeze. Ms Raq is very considerate specially that she knew about my in-laws coming with us so she transferred us to a room with 2 beds. Checking-In: Ms Raq greeted us in the reception area, helped us process the check-in and guide us on what to do afterwards. Room: Ms Jackie (comrade of Ms Raq) welcomed us in the condo unit and turned over the keys. The place is located facing the road and nearer the beach and parking. The room has 2 beds with extra foldable bed. Complete kitchen utensils. Pico De Loro Facilities: The beach and pool is great. There's a carousel that you can ride for free and around the place. There are restaurants and recreational area for the guest to enjoy.

2nd time in the venue. Clean and peaceful place. Had bonfire in the evening.

The place was great, just a bit of sign of wear and tear over the years but still a great place to stay. It was the perfect size for our family and plenty of room for all of us.

I have 0 complaints about the place or host very helpful friendly the place looked great better than my expectations and they were high if i have anything to maybe complain about it would be the distance from civilization which is like a 30 to 40 mins walk but i wanted a secluded place so it comes with the territory so i would advise renting a car or finding a trustworthy tuktuk driver and getting their number to help move around i would post the driver number i found but don't want to expose him online if you guys want ask any tuk tuk driver for Neptalie and once you meet him say Fernando sent you he is a very honest man charged me and my friends 3 times less for the same journey some drivers charged me and my friends.

Definitely a 10/10. Everything was clean and utilities were complete. We felt completely at home. Thanks to cham for seeing to it that ultilies needed are available. Our pets were comfortable too, thank you that we were able to enjoy the weekend with them too. The place was very peaceful, and utterly beautiful. Thanks again.

Place was better than we expected for a group of 15 pax. We especially enjoyed the big pool area and the cozy living room. The kitchen and dining was spacious as well with a 12 seater table. Being surrounded by the garden was very peaceful and they even had zen music playing in the gardens. Really relaxing. Our group enjoyed a lot.

I would highly recommend this place especially to those who have pets as they can freely roam the yard and have fun as well. The place also has a lot of restaurants that you can order from, and is also near malls. We had fun as well, thank you.

We truly appreciate the location very accessible, everything is within the area, from food to commodities, sightings to other activities, highy recommendable. The house is great, really a complete package for a group or family staycation. Wifi is fast and amenities are beyond expectations. The host is very accommodating and true...very responsive and kind. I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb rental! Beth, the host, was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always responsive to any questions or requests. She lives nearby and checks in on if you need anything throughout your stay. The home itself is ideal for families, equipped with all the necessary comforts and reliable WiFi. It was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Located in a very safe community, there was plenty to do nearby, from exploring markets to shopping at the SM shopping center. The added highlights was the large swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities. As well as a playground area for my nieces and nephews to play. I'll definitely be booking with Beth again for my next trip!

One of the best units at Pico de Loro that i stayed in. Host was very responsive and polite. The unit is spic and span and everything that we need is right there inside the unit. Definitely, worth the stay. Highly recommended.
