Resembling a Tuscan Farmhouse this 200 years old coach house is simply irresistible. The building was elegantly restored after lying dormant for decades. Its situated to the rear of a private home and only 10 mins walk from Ranelagh and 15 mins from Ballsbridge. Peaceful and charming you wont want to leave…. Taylor Swift stayed with us while enjoying a low key visit to Dublin. We were delighted to have her at our home and equally thrilled she managed to avoid the attention of the media.

Surrounded by nature, yet close to everything. - Living/dining room; - Kitchen (cooker, oven, fridge, washing machine/dryer); - Double bedroom; - Bathroom (wc, shower in bath), accessed from bedroom. The living/dining room has a sofa bed. Ideally 1-2 adults but 3 is possible. Tea/coffee/milk, shampoo and soap included. Close to river walks, parks and shops. A 10-minute walk bus 16, directly to/from the airport. Bike available on request. WiFi available. There is no TV. Welcome!

St Stephen’s green, Trinity college and the Guinness storehouse are all just a short hop away on a Dublin bus or approx 30 min walk. Rathmines itself is filled with coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and some lovely shops or hop on a bus passing through Rathmines to explore all the cities hidden gems. This apt has everything you will need for your stay.

Within a gentle stroll you will find Rathmines, grand canal portobello, & the City Centre while the M50, Luas & Dublin Bus links make travelling around the City an ease. 1.5-2.5 km walking distance to city center. Multiple bus lines going towards the city center as well, the bus stop is just 1 min of walking distance. Coming from or going to airpot, take bus 16, the bus stop is just 4 mins walking distance.

This house, completed in April 2016, was designed by renowned architect Tom DePaor. DePaor was awarded an International Fellowship of the RIBA in 2017, and had his work featured at the 2010 Venice Biennale. This house is large (200 sq.m.), luxurious, & located in a quiet enclave reasonably close to city.

This is a peaceful and centrally-located place in upmarket Rathgar village. Restaurants, cafes, bars and gourmet shops on your doorstep. Carspace available and easy access to public transport. The apartment is accessed by a private entrance. The living space is fully equipped, there are 2 large bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with a double. There is a large wet room. The living area is open plan with fast WiFi and a smart tv.
