Excellent place to stay with family and/or friends, very quiet and private to spend a quality time, always very friendly and helpful.

Dream vacation. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and safe. Mago (cook), Miriam (cleaning), and Gustavo (grounds) are absolutely lovely. Kind, helpful, thorough, and eager to meet our every need; even willing to go above and beyond! Mago prepared delicious meals to-order, every room in the house was cleaned daily, and the grounds were prepared each morning for our enjoyment. We loved the deliciously warm pool, and enjoyed the theatre room every evening. This was the ultimate relaxing getaway. We only wish we had more reasons to return to this incredible place.

A super nice place just inside if you need a bit of maintenance

My friend and I really enjoyed Esther's house, the tastefully Mexican-style decoration, the courtyard of the giant property, the very friendly staff. The house sits on grounds of a spotless state with beautiful high school horses, we saw them just a few minutes because we were attending an event a few miles away. Comfortable beds, very clean and a good-sized one-story house. Next time we go to Ticumán, we plan to stay here again.

Everything was good. Excellent service from Juan and attentive at all times. The view is very beautiful and the house is spacious! Just pay attention to check-in and check-out times when requesting accommodation, as well as pay attention to the rules of the place and extra costs. But overall, it was a good experience!

I spent some incredible days at Michel's house, which is also super equipped, he and the staff who support him are very kind and are always attentive to any requirement. I highly recommend it

La Quinta is very nice and nice , close to road but away from the noise of it, the place feels safe. Always attentive and willing him and his staff. Except that the pool needs a little more cleaning, everything else is very good.

The house is very nice. For the space there is a lot to be appreciated that they accept pets, in my stay in May the pool water is at an excellent temperature. That there is climate in the house is very useful and allows us to be very comfortable. I would go again🥰.

everything is perfectly as described and shown in the photos. in case one was wondering: well maintained and super clean. all the basics and comfy. toilets that flushed amazingly and hot showers. the gated community is what we come for and we got to enjoy the club/play area that was recently painted and refurbished. nothing is modern but everything is maintained and impeccable. its peaceful and if you are interested, lots to do in the surrounding area. we prefer to ride our bikes and hang out in town, its always a great way to disconnect. it was exactly what we are looking for when coming to ticuman.

I really liked the place. It is large and in a quiet and private area. The kitchen is very well equipped and the whole house was clean. Ariane was kind and responded quickly.

Our stay was very pleasant, the house is as shown in the photos, it has a large garden, the pool is large and an area with a barbecue. It is located in a private area and has shops like a 5 mn by car. The facilities were delivered completely clean. Alejandro was always attentive and very kind. We were in the hot season and the house felt very hot at night.

The accommodation was to the liking of all my friends, clean and air-conditioned, it had everything you need to enjoy more days. The deal with Mirna was excellent and without complications. I would definitely go back to AirB&B

Excellent house, it is as advertised, it is comfortable, cozy and clean, it has everything you need to spend a pleasant weekend. Perhaps the only bad thing is that the pool lacks maintenance, but since it is a subdivision, it is understood that it is not the responsibility of the host.

We had a great experience. It’s a beautiful home in a beautiful and peaceful setting. A great place to go to disconnect and for a relaxing getaway.

Everything excellent, the photos and description match 100%, the property is very nice and the view is amazing. The only two points against it would be that the streets to get there are a little ugly, but it is something that has nothing to do with the accommodation, it's just a fact. And as a second point is that to me the property on the map inside the app went out to one side of the lake, that location is known not to be exact but approximate, and the location of the app map with that of the real place is a little far away, it is a different one. But for everything else super good, very close to everything by car and Mr. Flavio who handed us the property was always very attentive. Of course I'd be back. 👌🏽

The property is very conveniently located, beautiful lake views, gardens, palapa, swimming pool and excellent soccer field, impeccable maintenance. The rooms and bathrooms are impeccable and comfortable. Something to highlight in a very special way is the warm treatment of Gustavo and his family, always willing to help, I am extremely grateful to them and the hosts, I always felt at home.

Alfredo was very nice and let us in early, the house is beautiful and the view he has at the lake is incredible, from there you can see the sunset. I love that I have a ping pong table and the rooms inside are very nice.
