My girlfriend and I decided to spend 3 months in winter at Silvia's place to avoid the cold and it was the best decision ever! The place is really modern and so nice to live in (especially with the big roof terrace). There are some great restaurants in walking distance (3-5 mins) and you are only minutes away from the sea with amazing walks to Los Silos. We really enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend to stay here!

Very nice place matches the photos and description, beautiful terrace, beautiful garden by outdoor entrance. Everything was perfect! Only downside: access is not easy, better to have a small car (narrow and winding road). Thank you Olatz!

This location we can certainly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy Tenerife is many facets but prefer a more quite neighborhood to stay the nights. Keep in mind this is at 900m above sea level in a smaller village so a car is a must have I think We used this location to explore the island 30 minute drive to Adeje/Los Cristiano’s on the south side of the island 45-60 minute drive to ElTeide 30-60 minute drive to any location at the North side of the island From what we can tell, the house is either very new or very recently completely renovated as everything was in a high quality state

We highly recommend. The cottage is ideal for 2 persons persons. Very neat and clean. The communication with the host was fantastic. Very quick to respond, gave all kinds of good tips for the region. A rental car is necessary. The location is quiet, you share the grounds with two other accommodations, but the garden is private.

we stayed three weeks in the apartment and had a great time. it is a bit dark, but very cozy, a fireplace offers warmth during colder evenings, the kitchen is well equipped! And the location is great: El Tanque bajo is a small community with friendly folks, a nice small convenience store and a source nearby so that you don‘t have to buy water the whole time. But you need a car because it is remote, but there are enough parking lots at the church. Ah, an be prepared to drive a lot of small streets and serpentines. and last but not least: the hosts are very nice and helpful! Thanks for the great time

Migle was a wonderful host, always super responsive and helpful with details and answering questions which I greatly appreciate! The location really has a wonderful view of the sea, having breakfast on the balcony in the mornings were really special! Also fairly near a Lidl supermarket and some food places. It’s a lot of uphill walking as well for those who aren’t used to that! Only thing is that the WiFi seemed out of range when you get into the bedroom, especially if you’re on the other end of the bed. So for people who want to do bedtime scrolling or just use the WiFi in bed, this might be tricky. Maybe it’s a chance to use the phone less haha! :) Overall I’d 100% recommend this listing for anyone looking for a quiet spot with a lovely view. (Also do visit the new italian restaurant Sargo just down the road - they are lovely people)

Modern and very clean flat. Close to walking paths. We could cook our meals and had water in the fridge, fruits and sweets provided by the host, thank you!

Julian is a very welcoming host who has taken great care to offer functional and complete accommodation, so that you can just put your bags down and enjoy. The apartment has a superb view with the beach at the foot of the residence. There are always parking spaces nearby. We really enjoyed it. Thank you so much!

Staying at Daniel’s beautiful apartment was an unforgettable experience. The view overlooking the ocean was simply breathtaking—waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was pure magic. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to unwind and truly relax. Daniel was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

We felt very comfortable, the apartment was super clean with good Wi-Fi and everything we needed was there. We were able to explore the whole area by car and slept well and quietly! Elena went out of her way to give us tips for restaurants and even helped us make some reservations. Thank you for everything!

The apartment is very centrally located near the pools (for clarity these are beautiful natural pools but you cannot swim in them - the police have closed them off for health and safety) I did find the place quite cold as it had no heating, maybe because I'd been hiking the previous week in the heat in la Gomera. But here it was cloudy all day and got to 12° at night and the place had all hard floors making it quite cold Also no washing machine despite being listed Had a rule to take out the bins but nowhere to do so

As we wanted to do some specific hikes this place had been perfect for us. We slept very well and had everything what we needed. loved it.

Highly recommended, a great plus to have parking for the car. Nuria is always attentive and gives instructions to facilitate access to the apartment. Once inside, there is a list with more indications and recommendations of supermarkets, restaurants. As for cleanliness, it was impeccable, both the floor and the furniture, sheets and kitchenware. I would come back again and again, incredible in all aspects, the house is incredible, terrace with a hose and sea views, the kindness and sympathy of Gloria is unparalleled, a lovely person, we are delighted and eager to repeat, thank you very much to Daniel and Gloria for making the stay so pleasant!

Our stay at Alejandro's went very well, he is an excellent friendly host who took care to offer us local cheese when we arrived and was particularly attentive during our stay.

The stay in this home has been excellent, not only because of the treatment but because of the comfort of everything. I'm a person who usually misses the bed a lot and in this case this is something to point out, I think I've slept better than at home!! When we arrived, they had prepared a small snack with cheese that was amazing!! Everything was very clean and tidy, the area was perfect and very quiet and one of the most beautiful beaches, El Bollullo, was 12 minutes away by car. In addition, when we arrived, he recommended a lot of places to visit, eat, etc. and was a great help. I recommend it 100%. Thank you very much Manuel and Carmen!

We had an excellent vacation in the apartment. The apartment was impeccable, clean, well maintained and fully equipped with everything you need. Javier was exceptionally kind and was always attentive to any questions or needs we had, we felt very well taken care of. In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for resting. And the parking area is spacious and comfortable.

We have just had a great few days at Carmen Rosa’s apartment. When we got there we met Tamara’s mother who made us so welcome!! We were after a complete chill out break and this is what we got. The apartment I had everything you need, including a large balcony terrance which catches the sun most of the day. I would certainly recommend a car for your visit. There are a couple of local supermarkets but 2 larger ones (including a Lidl) only a few minutes drive away. The apartment is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed just sitting watching the boats come in and out of the harbour. I would really recommend This apartment.

Accommodation as described, very well located on the island, very clean and functional. Very responsive, attentive and accommodating host. Small downside, the planes pass just above, but hey, it's very close to the airport so it's also very convenient. I highly recommend spending this vacation in Tenerife! Thanks so much!
