Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Tennessee

I loved this little house! It has a dog door that leads to a cute fenced in yard for the dogos! Emily was very accommodating and helpful. We needed a covered carport and she had the perfect spot to dry out from the rain and work on our trailer. The kitchen was stocked with spices, condiments and to my surprise she had Puerto Rican coffee in the cabinet!! The most amazing cup of coffee and a taste of home! Thanks Emily, you have a lovely place!

Was an amazing place. Beautiful and peaceful. Plan to stay there again when visiting our daughter at Lipscomb University.

Great stay at Brady’s place. Perfect for our short stay in Nashville. Really close to Broadway and felt safe in the neighbourhood. Recommend the local Greek restaurant and doughnut stop!

My boyfriend, pup and I and needed a place to stay for the weekend at the last minute and Samantha was so accommodating with our very last minute request! The man cave was so comfortable and cozy and we felt right at home. The place is well-stocked and had everything we needed. The immediate area is very quiet and peaceful, but it's close to everything - 30 minutes from a beautiful lake and recreation area and there are lots of good restaurants around. I appreciated having a fenced in yard for my pup and he loved sniffing around the nice space. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again when visiting the area!

Tammy is an amazing host, and the property was perfect! Great location, walkable and convenient to my son’s school. This home had a great layout for a family, and it was appointed perfectly for a getaway. Highly recommend any of her homes.

We enjoyed our stay at Dustin's place. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The house was clean and well decorated and everything we needed for our stay was provided. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Dustin's directions were clear and easy to follow. I would definitely recommend this home. The only caution is that if you are looking for easy accessibility, be aware that there are five steps leading to the front door and five more steps inside leading to the living area.

Jamie's place was exactly what we needed for our family weekend. The space was clean and comfortable. The fenced back yard was perfect for the kiddos to run around. The house was a short drive to lots of locally owned shops and restaurants; which was great for our family that prefers to support local. Also, when we were coming back after spending the day at Dollywood, our gps brought us a back way And it only took 10 mins!

Christy's place at the The Vinyl is a great spot. We really enjoy this location and the ability to walk to several areas with live music and restaurants. The place was exactly as described, clean and easy to get to. We had one issue with an annoying renter next door partying a bit too much one night. Christy was very responsive and tracked down the issue as soon as she was made aware. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again on a future visit.

Bridget and Preston's house is wonderful in a cul-de-sac so on though traffic with all the facilities you could ask for, not far from all Memphis has to offer. The outdoor space is nice with comfortable seating, bbq and heated pool. Overall, this is a lovely place and I would highly recommend.

I took my family to stay in the farmhouse the week of Christmas. The house was very clean and matched the description given. The heater in the pool was out but the hot tub worked. When I had an issue and reached out, it was resolved quickly. It is within walking distance of many things to do. We enjoyed the breakfast vouchers and drinks in the lobby. We also joined in the sing along and s’mores and loved it!

Just finished our 3 night stay. Absolutely loved the place! All around beautiful. Based off other reviews: we didn’t have any issues with the bed being uncomfortable, there were plenty of towels/dish soap/etc., also didn’t have an issue with thin walls. Only thing I would note that we haven’t seen in the reviews is the drive. If you’re not familiar with mountain type roads it can be intimidating/uncomfortable, but nothing to serious. Just take the roads slow and make sure you have it plugged in maps because you may miss a turn or two in the dark (guilty😅). It was about a 20 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg and about a 25 min drive to Smokey’s depending on Gatlinburg traffic and hike location. Which we appreciated. Thank you Kyle!

Great location in Seveirville. close to many attractions. Clean, comfortable, and quiet. James had local recommendations and communicated well during our stay. Will check them out again if we are back in the area.

The house was exactly as described. Quite spacious for a studio. Separate kitchen was nice to have, and all appliances worked well. I worked remotely, and the wifi speed was great. Cell reception was also great (T-Mobile). The shower has a knob but works like a lever - lift up to turn on, side to side for temp. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Downtown McMinnville has some nice restaurants and a coffee shop. Groceries and gas are very close. Dog park at Pepper Branch is ~8 minute drive. Scott was easy to reach if needed. Great stay and great value.

Looking for a nice, cozy, convenient to many attractions, such as Dollywood and food choices…this is it. It’s a beautiful studio-like apartment. We were very close to Dollywood, hence reason we chose here to stay. We would choose here again, when we return. Bed was comfortable, everything was clean and we had everything we need. Yes, bathroom is small as others have stated, but it didn’t affect us whatsoever. Very nice.

This condo was an absolute DREAM. It started with excellent communication ahead of the reservation and then on the day of check in we were advised the condo was ready 2 hours early and we were invited to check in - amazing! The condo itself was spectacular. Everything was gorgeous and up to date. It was immaculately clean and it was exactly as pictured in the listing -- only SO MUCH CUTER. There was tons of room in the master suite, lots of comfy seating, extra large patio and an amazing view of the little river. It is absolute PERFECTION. There were only a few quirks that I will point out - one is that being on a river there are a billion ducks and geese. Now, I loved it because I love animals -- BUT they are L.O.U.D. So if you are not a good sleeper you may want to go elsewhere. I thought it was charming so it didn't bother me. The other quirk is the handle on the front door has to be lifted UP not down as normally expected so that was a little tricky at first but not a big deal.

We couldn’t have loved this place anymore. It was very comfortable, a great location (especially if you’re like us and like to be close to town but have easy access to backroads to get around), and everything provided in the kitchen was wonderful. From day 1, we decided we would be back. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Enjoyed our stay. Felt right at home, had everything we needed. Beds were the most comfortable I had ever had while on vacation! Loved the location, easy to get around. It was awesome to have your own parking space so you can come and go as you please without having to worry where you would park when you return. Would love to book a return trip soon!

Delightful, spacious condo/apartment in a modern building with all the creature comforts, including luxury linens, a syrups-stocked coffee station, king-sized (and worthy) bed, walk in closet for all your boots and belt buckles, fancy fresh soaps and a cute balcony for pre-Broadway toasts or an early morning (caramel) coffee. Hosts were super helpful/gracious when we needed to “phone a friend” for a little help with the app in the parking garage. We loved this arty and super-cool apartment, and hope to return!

Check in was easy! Plenty of free parking for people! You are on a Main Street so you will hear road noise but that didn’t bother us! The building was safe and quiet. Communication was great with Will! The kitchen was nice to have and had plenty of things to use. We toured all over Nashville. The TN state museum was a good museum to visit next to the Nashville Farmers Market. It is free to get in and free parking. Plenty of food options. Some of our favorites were Velvet Taco, Butter Milk Ranch for breakfast by Belmont University, Pharmacy Burger. You are about 4 miles to Gaylord Opryland convention center. We would stay again if we were in the area.

Great location. Several bars and restaurants with great food. Definitely stay there again.
