The farm is planted with fruit trees and vineyards.Only the sound of birds singing is heard. The house has everything you need inside and with an exterior to sunbathe or enjoy a barbecue. There is private parking inside and it is accessed through steep path. A very quiet area. The property has two buildings joined by a garden. The first construction is a spacious kitchen with everything you need and a terrace with barbecue. The other construction is a comfortable house with one bedroom, with double bed, a bathroom and a living room that has a double sofa bed and a dining area where there is a small Office very well equipped with microwave, glass, sink, crockery and everything you need, etc..
