Holiday rentals with a patio in Temuco

Miguel is a very kind person, very good disposition, has a super will and is flexible, which for me, who is not from the area, helped me a lot, totally grateful. On the other hand, the apartment is as advertised, nice, clean and with everything you need to spend the days (the best thing is that I didn't think I'd find a coffee maker and there was one😍) and finally the area where the apartment is located is central, easy to access, close to banks, shops, plaza and places to eat, the view and balcony are great. If I go back to Temuco, I'll stay in Miguel's apartment.

I had a great interaction with Consuelo since the beginning. There was flexibility to enter the apartment earlier. Even when there was some small cleaning needed to refresh the room, Consuelo reacted promptly to arrange that. The apartment is comfortable with all the amenities mentioned in the posting. I really recommend this place for a short or mid-term stay. I would gladly stay in this place in a future occasion.

The accommodation is located near the Portal Temuco, away from the city center. which makes a quiet place to rest in the evenings after being outside all day. The apartment is clean, cozy and comfortable. The host, Joaquin, very attentive, we arrived much later than expected and waited for us with a big smile. Every query we made to him, he responded quickly. 100% recommended!!!

We were a married couple with 3 children and 2 pets. Cozy house, the city was freezing but the pellet stove works wonderfully. Comfortable and clean house, close to everything.

Simple but cozy house, with all the necessary elements, good beds, parking for 2 vehicles, well heated, in general everything ok. Even with some snacks and drinks for a fee, but very necessary. The host a 7,....I would return without hesitation.

the accommodation exceeded our expectations, the house is very spacious with beautiful furniture and wonderful rooms. The park is huge, very cared for and with beautiful plants and flowers..... they have a pool, quincho, tennis court... ideal to come with the family!! the firewood heating and the smaller rooms are very good... it creates an ideal environment to enjoy at night 🤩 the attention of Katherine and her family was excellent.. super friendly and attentive for everything we need!! we will definitely be back! thank you very much!

Extraordinary stay in a beautiful country house, with excellent facilities, with lots of style and comfort, but best of all was the beautiful setting and tranquility of a large house in a large space without distractions. I totally recommend if you want to go to rest!

An absolutely recommendable experience! From the first moment, the host was very kind and attentive, making everything easy for our stay to be perfect. The apartment is brand new, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Every detail is designed for guest convenience. The location is excellent: functionally strategic for moving around Temuco and with quick access to the main points of interest. The building has parking, which was a great plus, especially considering that it is difficult to find well-located places that also offer this facility. A very important point is that the place is Pet Friendly, which we deeply appreciate, since we were able to enjoy the trip in the company of our pet without complications.
