My husband and I stayed at Tiko's lovely place when we came to Phoenix for a graduation at ASU. Wonderful location, very nice building, very quiet and clean. We'll be back. :)

The host was amazing and it was an amazing experience

This was the perfect spot for our family weekend in Phoenix to visit my son. Great central location—close to Castles N’ Coasters and a short drive to the West World Equidome Scottsdale for an MMA event , and The Buffalo Chip Saloon to catch some Bull Riding. The 3-bedroom unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved relaxing on the patio overlooking the lake with ducks and geese, and the walking path out back was a nice bonus. The host was responsive and very accommodating, even allowing an early check-in which made our arrival smooth. At $603 for 3 nights, it was a great value for the area and size. We’ll definitely save this place for future visits. Highly recommend it for families or small groups!

Beautiful apt just like the pictures

We had a wonderful stay in Tiko’s place! Any hiccups we experienced were dealt with in a timely manner and handled with grace. We enjoyed the apartment, the useful amenities, and the location.

Lili’s place had an eclectic, mid century vibe that was beautifully decorated. The location was great and the kitchen was well stocked. We used two of the three community pools and both were a short walk away. Also walked to the Mexican restaurant on the other side of the lake and the food was great. Hope to stay again soon!

Second time we've stayed at this location. It was a great stay, central location, and we were happy to try the bird scooters on the Riverwalk. Spencer responded quickly and was very polite and understanding regarding our questions. highly recommended for the price. The marina can be a little tricky with uber/lyft/instacart drivers so I would recommend having your pickup/drop-off point to the north of the building in the visitors parking.

No frills (not even a cactus postcard on the fridge) apartment. Clean, spacious, accessible. Nice charming neighborhood. Very walkable and youthful. Prized for location and relative quiet.

We had an amazing time at Bo’s Place! The house had plenty of space for our family, kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to prepare meals. Bedrooms and bathrooms were super clean! My family appreciated the welcome basket. The lake was so beautiful and relaxing, pool was an added bonus! I highly recommend it!!

Beautiful property with gorgeous views. We loved the high ceilings and the way the home was decorated. The neighborhood is very nice, and close to shopping. We would consider staying here again in the future.

This house was super nice and clean. Love the pool and backyard looking over a golf course- definitely resort vibes. Felt safe!!. Location was near shops and eateries. The host was the BEST! I have used airbnbs often and she was the best with communication and accomdations! Will stay when i return. Please book - you will not regret!

The trip started out with a lock that was acting up and wouldn’t let us in but our host got involved very quickly and remedied the situation. The house was as advertised, very nice. The only things that could’ve been better is some of the patio chairs should be replaced due to age and condition. It was great that he let us check in early on the day of arrival. Very helpful with that.

The home and neighborhood was over the top. We felt very at home and we were able to entertain our family for Mother's Day weekend. the layout was perfect for six of us. The pool was definitely a bonus especially with the 102 degree temperature. Check out instructions were super easy. Deborah was very responsive and so helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely encourage anyone to stay here and when we are back in town, we will stay again ourselves.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Del Sol! It was very clean, spacious, and in an excellent location. The beds were comfortable and the AC kept us cool the entire stay. The views were spectacular and we got to witness a beautiful sunset every night. (Beautiful pics to remember our trip!) We were also one of the few homes that had some shade in the morning. We had a lot of fun in the pool and it had plenty of seating. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we needed to host a beautiful Mother’s Day brunch. The huge kitchen island was a major advantage for our group. The host was very detailed, responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Sunkasa!

Home is exactly as pictured. The outside space was great! The pool is shaded most of the day which in the AZ heat is crucial. The paddle boat was awesome; the lake is calm. Plenty of seating outside. We really enjoyed eating breakfast and coffee on the patio while listening to the birds in the morning. The home was spotless; beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. There was even body wash and shampoo/conditioner in the shower. There were staples in the pantry, which was very nice. The home was stocked well with trash bags, TP, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. I love this area and stay here when I am in AZ. It is not super close to freeways, but everything is close. Safeway is literally steps away and there are lots of restaurants and stores in the area. We had a great time and will definitely return.

Would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family members, super nice neighborhood along with lots to do within the house. It was a such a beautiful home. Yamilet was quick to respond with any questions that we had. AMAZING place to stay at.

Roman was very responsive when we needed some assistance. Location was great for getting to Sloan Park. We were in town to watch the Braves play against the Cubs. We loved how close we were to a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The pool was clean and inviting. The condo was perfect for the two of us.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The area was clean and quiet, which I always appreciate. Both Ted and Spencer left explicit instructions for me. I’d definitely stay here again when I visit Phoenix.

Absolutely Incredible Stay – You HAVE to Book Evan’s Airbnb! Wow, where do I even begin? This was hands down one of the most comfortable and well-stocked Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. A very clean and well maintained unit, conveniently located for access to shopping, grocery and restaurants. The property has several lakes and a nice, meandering walkway for strolls in the morning or evening. Inside the space is well laid out and a good size for four to cook, dine, and relax in the living area. We enjoyed our stay very much!

My husband and I stayed at Edward's place while looking for a house in the area. The apartment was super clean and as described. It's a very peaceful location next to the water. The only issue we had was finding the actual unit since literally on the side of the water where you can't drive. The covered spot isn't right outside so it was a bit confusing. But overall a great place to stay and highly recommend.

Alan was super responsive and made sure l had everything I needed. It was comfortable for a long stay and the shared dog area in the back made it super easy to let the dog out.
