We had an amazing time staying in this incredible home! The host and staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Alvaro was very responsive and helpful in getting our trip organized. The food prepared by Male and staff was delicious and helped to make our experience unique and relaxing. Our group of 9 loved the hot tub, view, the many birds that we could watch and listen to, the comfortable beds and pillows, and the many places in the home to sit and relax (especially the deck and outdoor nook). We enjoyed exploring the area and felt very safe and able to come and go from our oasis as we pleased. Staying in this lovely home with the wonderful host and staff helped to make our vacation extra special and we are so grateful to have found this gem! Thank you!!

The house is incredible and very tastefully everything. The spaces are perfect and you really feel like home. Moni's attention is the person who helps with the impeccable cleanliness. In addition to doing their job very well. We had an emergency and it resolved us immediately.👌

The stay at Suzanne's accommodation was excellent. Everything was clean, comfortable and as described. Suzanne was an attentive and kind host. I definitely recommend it and would love to go back.

We had such a wonderful stay at this most amazing and unique home! The house is set into the cliff, with stunning views of the lake from most bedrooms, plus the multiple terraces. Tatiana Elena was so responsive and wonderful, and Jacky was just the best and so helpful, we are grateful for their hospitality. Stairs to the pool are long, but it's a gorgeous setting once you're there - we didn't want to leave. The house is well-situated, very easy walk to town and lots of great restaurants. We will definitely be back, thank you so much for an incredible stay!

Our stay was pleasant! It is a very nice house, the cleanliness was impeccable! We were very comfortable. The pool in an excellent temperature thanks to the boiler and was always ready for when we got in. When we arrived they welcomed us very well and helped us with things. The lady who cooks is spectacular! very nice, very helpful, very rich kitchen and very good person. The only thing to consider is the location, it is very much inside the forest and is a little far from the center of Avandaro, to get there it is a little tangled. But in general very nice stay

Amazing house and attention! The house is impeccable and has many amenities. Towels, water, ice, basic cooking ingredients. Everything is very clean and tidy The location is perfect! You walk to the center of Avandaro. And Connie, the cleaning lady, is a sweetheart, very helpful and courteous I would definitely return!

Thank you very much Mario for your kindness. The guys who help out in the house are very attentive and if you need something, they come immediately. If I had any questions, Mario answered right away. Everything was perfect.

The cabin is super nice. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with salt, pepper, oil, as well as mustard, mayonnaise and catsup for your roasts, which I think is a nice touch. They also include coffee and a jug of water. The bed is super comfortable and so are the pillows. They give you clean towels for the bathroom and the pool. The pool is delicious. Each cabin has its own terrace, which I also find very complete with tables, chairs, barbecue and equipment to make your campfire. The truth is, we were super comfortable and happy, but definitely the one who had the best time was our dog Toñito, who was very happy in the place running around and enjoying the cabin both inside and outside.

The house is a DREAM! Everything was excellent, the location in a quiet area, you felt calm and safe! Without a doubt, the attention of Antonio and all the staff was 100/100. We'll definitely be back as a family. The house is very spacious, everything is excellent and the garden is not even mentioned... it is the BEST for our dog friends, they enjoyed it 1000%.

Our stay was excellent! The place was as described: clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The location was ideal, a very quiet environment. We were very comfortable! My Container is just like the ad and the view is wonderful. You are 15 minutes by car from the center of Valle but if you go to Velo de Novia (the waterfall 750 meters walking) you can get to the lake if you follow the river route. And if you like outdoor activities, the hike is delicious. Everything is super comfortable! The kitchen is very well equipped, the beds are super comfortable, we enjoyed the garden very much and about the facilities, although it was raining outside, we were not cold inside. The check-in instructions were super accurate, it's VERY pet friendly!! I think my pets were the happiest and Fer and Oscar also gave us extra recommendations for ecotourism activities that interested us. Thank you both! We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it! ❤️

I loved it! A very good place to rest, disconnect and enjoy nature. The cabin is clean, spacious and very comfortable.

Roberto is an excellent host, extremely attentive and considerate of our needs. Their staff (Cris, Ale and Lis) made our stay worth every peso. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The house is very comfortable for large groups. My only recommendation is to change the bath towels, they leave a lot of lint and do not dry anything. Other than that, everything was excellent. The jacuzzi, the campfire, the televisions, everything was really excellent. Thank you so much for hosting us and, if you welcome us again, we'll be happy to come back!

We loved it!! It is a special place to sleep and rest. My dog and I love the space so full of nature to run and lower the tension of the big city. The rest was refreshing and the sounds of the birds at dawn were a dream. Omayam's super fast and timely attention and the space gave us a super good experience. We'll definitely be back. 🐕🐾

The stay was excellent. We had our doubts about other reviews regarding the insects but it is not at all serious. The jacuzzi is very comfortable. The view is amazing. Because it was week Santa, we were not able to access the club (to avoid problems with the administration) then we could not enjoy those amenities but Miguel was very kindly loaned us the kayaks and was very helpful at all times. The only drawback is that the balcony does not have good lighting. Everything is very good, the place is quite nice and both Miguel and Mrs. Chui are very friendly and helpful.
