Villa with private pool - Tenuta Frascanera

Million dollar view. Marco and Laura are the most wonderful hosts and we would happily return to this lovely property. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our guests. The property was exactly what we needed: being two, two bedroom houses, side-by-side; we had privacy, as did our guests. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed using the fire bbq, the pool, playing pool in the evenings. Cooking was delightful, using an extensive array of herbs and vegetation from the garden, planted by Marco and Laura. Our hosts have filled cupboards with towels for the house and for use at the pool and there is a washing machine in each property and a clothes line for drying. The wifi is good. Warm evenings sat at the al fresco patio table, with an exceptional view of snowy mountains and a mountain rock that inspired Dante’s Inferno, is very special. We regularly walked in the mornings, before it got too hot, to the village of Valestra. It is approx 4.5 miles round trip and a

We absolutely loved it! The views from the apartment are amazing - the terrace might be the most beautiful place to have dinner. The town is very cute and idyllic as well.

Stunning landscape, loved waking up to the view of the rolling hills! Would be great in the summer. Daila is an amazing host and served us a great meal of tortellini brodo and local steak. Was perfect to day trip to Modena, a bit far to Parma and Bologna but we made it work!

Borgo Saturno: Entire villa.

VivienRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We stayed in a beautiful house, equipped with all comforts. Everything was as described in the advertisement and Federica made the arrival very cozy, a bottle of Lambrusco in the fridge does wonders. Mosquito screens on all doors and windows are also worth mentioning. The house is located in a picturesque decor, the only thing that is (always) unpleasant is the road. It did not bother us because with the windows closed, at the back, you do not hear anything and if this is too warm there is still the air conditioning that works super well (brand new). The nearby villages, Maranello, Sassuolo and Formigine offer you everything you could need. In the evening, it is nice to hang out in the garden and if you are lucky like us, you get the spectacle of the "Lucciole" for free. But you can't order that!
