The apartment served us very well, the location is excellent and has all the amenities for a longer stay. We also had great communication with the host, who is very committed and always responds quickly! I highly recommend it!!

Vitor's property is excellent and represents a good investment for those who want to spend a few days, as was my case, or a longer stay, or even just one night. I had a little difficulty entering the gate as soon as I arrived, because I forgot that Vitor had informed me, by message, about the correct procedure to access the place. I also had a slight difficulty when trying to access the room for the first time, as the door was not opening easily; however, it was enough to push. 😀 The employee who works on site was very helpful and helped me promptly. After that, everything went smoothly, without further difficulties. Vitor was very helpful and proactive from the first moment I sent the message. He promptly responded every time I contacted him. I have made reservations on other Airbnbs that I had to cancel because the host took too long to respond to me about the availability of the property for certain dates. Thanks, Vitor!
