Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Teià

i’ve stayed at a lot of places in my time for different work trips as a business owner. This house tops it off by far. Jenifer was an exceptional host always responding straight away. the house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures, was definitely worth the price without a doubt. Jenifer catered to all of my needs aswell. Honestly can’t say a bad word about the house, my stay or the experience. Best play i’ve stayed at to date.

David is very accommodating and helpful. The house is in a well-maintained condition, the furnishings are good. We enjoyed being outside of Barcelona. But the S-Bahn also has an excellent connection to the city ... every 10 minutes. We have recovered well.

The most beautiful view of Montserrat. Genuinely stopped multiple times to comment on how brilliant the view was and the whole apartment is designed so you’re always looking outwards. A simple set up with everything you need for your stay, very easy arrival and helpful hosts. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay, sadly didn’t get to meet Manuel as he wasn’t available for the check in, but he was extremely responsive throughout the stay. The villa is gorgeous and absolutely huge, bbq is a great touch and we too full advantage of the kitchen utilities. Only issue was lack of mirrors in the bedrooms and that wifi doesn’t quite reach all places in the house. We would stay again.

1000 characters aren't enough! Silvia was such a great host and a beautiful spirit that has truly left an imprint on us. From the moment we booked until we left, she was extremely proactive and communicative full of recommendations and ready to assist with our every need. Her home was in a great location, literally 2 minutes from the beach, train station, groceries and restaurants - the perfect location! The terrace was beautiful and a great spot for relaxing, working or an outdoor meal. It was fully stocked with everything you could need for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again. She welcomed us in person with local treats and immediately responded to any questions/concerns we had. She also checked-in regularly to ensure there were no issues. If there was an option we'd give her 10 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An ideal stay! We had a wonderful few days at this Airbnb. The accommodation is simply spectacular: very well equipped, cozy and fully functional. The views are incredible, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying the tranquility. Ideal for a romantic getaway as a couple - intimacy, comfort and nature all in one. The hosts were excellent: very attentive, kind and respectful of our privacy. They made us feel welcome from the first moment and were always available if we needed anything. An unexpected detail that made our stay even more special was meeting Kiwi, the hosts' dog. He's very affectionate, playful and friendly - he stole our hearts! We felt at home the moment you walk in. We will definitely repeat. Thank you so much for everything!

Beautiful cozy place, with incredible views from the room and the balcony, very quiet village/town, AC (needed in summer), well stocked kitchenette, the parking is a bit of a walk with heavy bags and you can't park too close (but it's free parking and you can drive a small car close enough to drop off luggage), great communication from the hosts and very responsive.

Beautiful home in a great location, perfectly situated between Barcelona and Girona. House complete with all amenities needed with a lovely seating area outside. Wonderful host waiting for us on arrival to show us the house and offer local knowledge and advice. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Perfect and relaxing location. The space was just what we needed after a long walk on the Camino. We loved being in a neighborhood, near all of the sights, but away from the busyness of the crowds. Josephina welcomed us so kindly and took the time to acquaint us with the apartment and the neighborhood. The elevator was exactly what I needed after injuring my knee before we arrived. If I am ever in Barcelona again, I would stay here without hesitation.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Jorge was lovely, and always very helpful! We didn’t get a car by Jorge was happy to help and drive us to and from the bus/ train station. The pool and garden was stunning, could have spent all week there. Beds were very comfortable. The cat, Elpidio is our new best friend and we can’t wait to stay with Jorge and family again! The advertising is correct - visit Barcelona, stay at the beach. Barcelona is about 40 minutes away by train (which is a short walk). The beach is just across the road and under the train line - perfect for the hot days we had. Also close to lots of small supermarkets for food and wine; also to many beach cafes and town restaurants (note the Spanish eat late - after 1pm for lunch; after 8pm for dinner)

This flat is so beautiful! The view is just the most unique and the deck is great for relaxing. It’s equipped with all the basic amenities - oil, salt and pepper, shampoo and conditioner, kitchen equipped for cooking, etc. The air conditioner worked well. Mathieu let us in personally and had lots of information. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment is very modern, clean, and cozy! It offers a beautiful view of the sea and the beach — just like in the photos. Everything matched the listing perfectly. The only downside was a slight damp smell, but it disappears when the balcony is open. The apartment has everything you might need — from towels, dishes, and an iron to beach umbrellas. Every little detail is thoughtfully provided! Kim is a very kind and responsive host, always in touch and ready to help. Our vacation was wonderful — I truly wish Kim all the best!

Absolutely fantastic! Carles was very responsive and even coordinated an airport transfer for us which allowed us to skip the very long que for a taxi. Apartment was clean and quiet. The air conditioning was perfectly cold (we are usually hot and keep our home AC set very cold). We cooked a full dinner for 4 people with the kitchen equipment provided. WiFi was fast and consistent. Location was great…we walked to Park Guell and the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia. Perfect, perfect, perfect!

Wow!!! Our host’s hospitality was the best I have experienced at any Airbnb. In fact, I’m worried that Enric has spoiled us! I have stayed at many vacation rentals with my family of 4 over the past 15 years, so when I say that the apartment is in a dream location with a stellar view, and spotlessly clean - I’m speaking from experience:). But what was truly next level were the detailed recommendations, the fabulous (and substantial) snacks and wine provided, the daily cleaning and the responsiveness of our host. A new bar has been set!!! Thank you Enric.

The property is beautiful and in idyllic settings . Easy access by train to Barcelona and the station is a 10 minute walk so very convenient. Daniel gave me suggestions and links for restaurants, supermarkets and trips to Barcelona. Train timetables and location of relevant stations to get on/off proved invaluable. Perfect! Daniel could not have been a more responsive host, thank you!

Great experience... An incredible welcome, you feel expected and it's really nice! The accommodation is great, all amenities are nearby. The places and beautiful beaches to visit are less than an hour away... I highly recommend it, but a car is necessary. Book without a second thought, you won't be disappointed!

This was the perfect place to stay! Close to Barcelona via public transport, and close to the beach and shops in Montgat. The place was exactly as described, very clean, and the host was very helpful. We did have a small issue upon checkout as the keys could not be located, however this was resolved relatively quickly and Fernando apologised for the miscommunication. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely go back!

We’ve stayed in a number of air bnbs in Spain and France, and Rob’s place is our favorite. The location is great. The patios are lovely. Rob was very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect way to end our 2 week European Tour. Beautiful beach view. Private and quiet. Lots of amenities; well stocked with beach necessities (sun umbrella, chairs, blankets, extra flip flops, toys/football, etc). Great way to get out of Barcelona but still have access to the city and airport. All six of us were very pleased with the two night stay before hopping back onto a plane ✈️ to fly home.

We visited Anna’s place from London and could not ask for more Spanish give place for holiday! It was only 20-30 minutes drive from Barcelona and had everything you need to rest and reset l. Anna was extremely lovely and accommodating going above and beyond with all our requests.

the apartment is stunning- comfortable, clean, spacious and full of art. the balcony is divine. checkin was super easy, marc was very responsive and helpful. the apartment also has AC which is important in the summer. highly recommend!

Jesus was extremely helpful, responded quickly to any queries! The flat was lovely and spacious, my friend and myself had a lovely time staying there. It’s also right next to the train station so it was very convenient! Loved it!

Marc’s apartment was fantastic, very stylish and we loved the thoughtful and creative decoration. The bathroom is amazing and you can brush your teeth with a view of Sagrada Familia! The space and amenities were perfect for a week stay, and we enjoyed the sunny roof terrace. We were in town for the Grand Prix so location was ideal for easy walk to Sants station, but also easy reach for great dining and tourist areas like Poble Sec, Montjuic and Saint Antoni. The apartment is also well located if you are planning a trip to Montserrat, easily done from Placa Espanya. Definitely go to V de Vermut bar for an intro to Vermouth! Hopefully we can return to Marc’s place in future!
