Essential amenities like laundry, Wi-Fi & AC were all up to the mark, ensuring comfort. The overall cleanliness and positive vibe were noticeable. We appreciated Ranjana ji’s helpfulness (various small enquiries) which made things much easier. This place also works well for a staycation, as it provides all necessary amenities. I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Abhimanyu’s place. The apartment was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. It felt peaceful and homely. The kitchen was well-equipped and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout. The location is great, safe and well-connected with restaurants and cafes nearby. It’s perfect for both work and relaxation. Abhimanyu is a fantastic host. He is very polite, professional, and always quick to respond. I’ve stayed at his properties multiple times, and it’s always been a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, clean, and reliable stay!

The apartment was spacious, neat and clean with all amenities. Stayed for almost a week at Matli Airbnb place. Ashok the host, his wife & Mummyji treated me not as a customer but as a part of their family member. The food, all 3 meals during a day was so Yummy & homely. The service was very quick & efficient. It was really a home away from home, will highly recommend to stay at this place

We had such a great stay at Studio 371! Everything was super clean, and it had all the amenities we needed. Sandeep gave us our privacy, which we really appreciated, we had the freedom to relax and enjoy our time without any interruptions. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re looking for a chill and hassle-free stay.

The house was as described, properly cleaned. Only surprise was the second bathroom access from outside. Anyways we didn't need it since the main bathroom is conveniently in between the rooms and is as big as a room itself. It was clean and with sufficient hand wash/shampoo/body wash. Mr. Himanshu interacted very politely, checked about our arrival in advance, shared the proper location. He also helped us get the required medicine a bit late at night. Was a bit flexible with the check out as well. Overall, the stay was comfortable for the whole family.

This cottage is very charming and warm. The architecture of the home is very interesting. The upstairs room feels like a tree house with a peaked ceiling and the downstairs opens up to the outdoors. Everything is there to enjoy a long term stay and the location is peaceful while being very close to all the activity of Rajpur Rd. The garden is lovely and attracts the most beautiful hummingbirds and butterflies. Easy to use swiggy and blinkit from this location. I highly recommend 🪷🙏🏽

I believe this decision was the best choice for my booking in Rishikesh. The location is perfect and looks exactly like the photos shown in the listing. This Airbnb is ideal for those who appreciate aesthetics and is also very couple-friendly. One of the highlights of the home is the balcony area. What made the stay even more special was the stunning location. The home is set right in front of a beautiful river, with a lush forest just across from it. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying a morning coffee with that view was truly magical. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Recently stayed at Aloha on the Ganges – absolutely loved the beautiful view from the room. The property is well-maintained, clean, and peaceful. Perfect for a relaxing getaway!

The location and view are excellent. The apartment itself is beautifully done up, interiors are in a Bohemian style and very soothing. Reena ji was super helpful in coordinating everything. Our only gripe was that, the apartment infrastructure is not that well-maintained. For eg., in one of the bathrooms the shower was not working, which got fixed later on. Then that bathroom's sink had a drainage issue. On our last evening, the kitchen sink's drainage pipe disconnected, and water leaked all over the floor. Reena ji was again helpful, sending people to fix it - but we couldn't use the sink that evening. But as nothing is perfect, these minor grievances aside, stay was excellent, very calm with the magnificent views of the pristine Ganges from our balcony. That last part, for us, overrode everything else, which is why I still am rating it 5 stars! PS: Note that if you don't have your own transport, you are dependent on the local autos, which you have to call and book in advance.

Great place on Mussorie road. Spotlessly maintained property makes you feel right at home. Host was very receptive and accommodative. The general area upto the apartment needs some cleaning, apart from that, great stay. Would definitely recommend

a lazy staycation, family vacation, long weekends, whatever be the scenario. IKAI is a perfect getaway. Away from the hustle and bustle of prime time rishikesh, yet close enough by personal vehicles . very helpful staff and quite calm residence.
