We are minutes from extensive public trails and about an hour from Lassen Park. If you like quirky, rustic, imperfect, au natural and "wild"—we have your place! The Orchard House

Enjoy staying in a family owned working walnut orchard. The house is located in the middle of 16 acres of walnuts and it backs up to a Miniature Donkey Ranch. There are approximately 1200 trees and amongst them you will find peace and tranquility along with Uncle Jacks Walnut Camp, which is a a family camp ground only. There you will find picnic tables, and horse shoe pits. There is also an outdoor cat name Kittley who lives on the property, but stays outside, so please don't let her in.

Little House in the Big Woods

This guest-house cabin is nestled on our family’s 5 acres in the pine forests of the Sierra Nevadas. Only 3hrs from San Francisco, 2hrs from Sacramento, and 20min from Chico, come unplug in this newly remodeled space and enjoy a slice of authentic rural living. Recharge in solitude or get out-and-about to enjoy the countryside. There is nearby hiking, mountain biking, disc golf, & swimming. Also only about an hour drive to beautiful Lake Almanor and the amazing gem of Lassen National Park.

Kelly Cabin

Our cabin has beautiful hardwood floors, new appliances, tempurpedic mattresses and a cozy large living and dining space off of the kitchen with a covered deck in the backyard with a peaceful view in to the forest and meadow. Can be rented along with Cabin 1928 next door if you have a larger family. Very convenient for hiking and exploring Lassen Volcanic Park or enjoy the surrounding area . Perfect fishing and swimming holes are near by too. Our cabins are only 5 miles from the Park!

Cozy Family Mountain Getaway in the Pines King Bed

Newer family home in a lovely little neighborhood. The house is decorated in a cozy country style that invites relaxation. The house is located near the main arteries of Paradise with easy access to Magalia, central Paradise and the Skyway. The house has three patios and one with a table for outdoor dining. Our home has a smart TV for easy access to your favorite apps. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking meals together. We have a different sofa than pictured.

Cozy Cabin in Lassen

Cozy cabin near some of California's most pristine pine forest, waterholes and fishing, and only 9 miles from the Lassen National Park's Southwest Visitor Center. The town of Mineral is a small island of private cabins surrounded by a sea of National Forest and National Park lands. An adventurer's dream. You could walk out the backdoor of the cabin, into the forest, and arrive at the Lassen Visitor Center without crossing a single paved road, or seeing another human. Just bears.

1000 ft above the valley floor with expansive ridge top views in all directions. Enjoy our private nature getaway situated looking out over the valley. 12 to 15 minutes to most everything in Chico. Our owner is chemical and fragrance sensitive. We use natural cleaning products and soaps. This Lovely 2/1 home is minutes from the I-5 freeway located in Corning CA. Come stay for a night or extended period of time. Dog friendly too! Enjoy the many things Corning has to offer-Rolling Hills Casino, Sacramento River for fishing, only 6 min away! This place offers 2 comfy queen size beds, kitchen, dining table and a spacious living room with a very comfy couch to relax on. This is a non smoking/drug home. There will be a fine of $500 if violated.
